Title Changing Update

The next version update will introduce changes to the character title selection system and reveal a new NPC fortuneteller.

New Character Title Selection System
-Currently, when using the services of an NPC bard to change your title, you must pay gil to receive a list of earned titles that you can select from. However, in the next version update, you may see your list of titles without paying. It will still cost gil to change your title, but the price will be lowered.

-After altering your character's title, the surrounding adventurers will be notified by a /say message announcing the change.

-Players will now have the option to have one of their titles selected randomly for free once each day (Earth time).

New NPC Fortuneteller
-A new NPC will tell the player's fortune regarding character titles and other "elements."

It's probably only titles that you already have, so you might get stuck with new adventurer.

Yeah I know its titles you already have. I wouldn't mind new adventurer, it would just be nice to just get my old titles everyday ^^

Ok now that sounds nice, wonderful, blah blah. When is SE going to adress the real issues of gil sellers and inflation instead of wasting time on updates to title changes???

This sounds good to me. I've wasted countless gil on title bards trying to get back a particular title "Shantotto's Flavor of the Month" when it gets replaced with something lame like Crawler Culler. Random titles also sound good.

Go do the quest in Windurst Waters to pose for Angelica. You "get" the title if you turn down the quest, however the title's available from the title bard even if you complete it without turning it down. I think it's a cheap title too, like 100 gil. Windurst title bard of course.

There are a *ton* of funny titles out there, such as Vampire Hunter D-Minus and Silencer of the Lambs and Putrid Purveyor of Pungent Petals. I'm generally more fond of mission/difficult quest accomplishment titles such as Burier of the Illusion, Warrior of the Crystal, or Pentacide Perpetrator.

Still, getting a random one, once a day would be kinda nice. Though it'd suck if it picked, like, Crawler Culler or Fang Finder.
