Closest game to RO I've been able to find. It's completly free all the way around. At first it seems childish and stupid but give it some time. LEave the starting area around Lv5-6. Then maybe 15 or 20ish you'll get a real look at the games means. It takes forever to get going so be warned. For you FF series fans take note of character models and armour. It looks piece by piece every bit like the FF9 style which is what drew me in. Do yourself a favor , if you decide to play, and toy around on the site first and read up on the system and whatnot.

The economy sucks, hacking is abundant, scamming is the #1 way to make money, and the server is supposed to get shut down around next month because they are launching a P2P version. The game overall is good, but the players make the game shitty. :)

By the way, don't NPC your Vital Jams, you can sell them to people for a lot of money. :P
 
I played that game for a month, but then I quit, it's quite boring.
BTW: Peopple can freely come up and steal your mobs. :roll:
 
Rose is only temp free, just like RO was, it's in free beta

Server shut down and P2P version was launched in May. I found an update letter from a GM on MMORPG.com. Could be wrong but I really don't think so.

By the way, don't NPC your Vital Jams, you can sell them to people for a lot of money. :P

I haven't figured out how to sell to the personal shops yet and ate my Vital Jam+5 trying to do so :evil: :evil:

First hit on the mob now means it's your mob. The XP is reduced a bit but the item is yours.

I hope this game comes out soon and by then is running as smooth as RO once did. They'll work out the problems eventually :p I had no idea this was beta until you guys said so. I figured it was just free because it's so cheesy...However, I'm addicted pretty bad to it and will be buying this title now :evil:
 
I'd be willing to give FF up for this if the price was right. I already have a level 11 Hawker :D

The server wipe was in may, the European P2P version is going into beta soon. iROSE was never P2P and never will be.

Skills > Vending. Then set all the items you have to the prices you want.

Vital +5 is usually 100k, Vital +2 is usually 8-10k, and Vital +1 is around 4-5k. Just so you know. :P

"Hey I will tell you why server reset if you're not Korean. It's been awhile since the servers fell (went down) and the game became P2P. That's the main reason for the server going down. The game became P2P."

Yes, I'm that desperate, I mean, I wated more than five hours dowloading the game, installing it, and the downloading the patches.
