For those not in Lower Jeuno.

First log in and out. Go to the bottom of Neptune's Spire and speak with Faursel(sp). He will give you two visible options and a third under "nothing" that is invisible. Choose that. Talk to him. Finish the conversation. Retalk to him. Pick your list. Trade him the item. Wait 1 game day. Talk to himagain and get the "boarding permit." Your done

I'm installing TAU for the 3rd time. I don't have a boarding pass but the
ship shouldn't dump me back in town and say "TAU NOT INSTALLED".
