what are good KSNM and BCNM to do for gil when you get 75?

that was really my first 30, i only did the 99 with AG awhile back; didn't go so hot since bard can be a bitch to kite but was ok.
 
ODS is usually great, but lately, at least for me, the drops have been horrid. Average from ODS, if split amongst all present, for 6 is usually ~250-300k, sometimes more. Serket Ring can drop there, as well as V.Claw (neither of which sell for a whole lot anymore, but if you do 6 runs, not too shabby). Yoyd, though, eh, I'd still say ODS, cuz if you get Serket Ring AND V.claw, you got a rather decent run haha.
 
KS99 are much better profit, but also much harder to get people together for.

Sadly, the ring and claw share the same treasure pool slot. On the other hand, the ring and a Damascus Ingot may drop in the same pool.

The best pool would look something like this:

Serket Ring
Senj
Orichalcum Ingot
Hierarch Belt
Vile Elixer +1
Damascus Ingot
 
I'd also recommend to only run ODS with a small group of friends. Particularly no more than three people if you're splitting all drops.

My friend and I used to duo it as BLM, which made for really easy money through over 20 orbs.
 
hmm...going to get some seals now until i merit. Are the 6 platoon scorps really that easy only two or three can kill them all?

My friend told that each melee with /nin goes and solos one each then help the others get theirs done.

Then again I only have a small scope of knowledge as far as bcnm and ksnm are concerned.
 
Just solo ODS MNK/DNC, nubcakes.

Yeah, that's generally how a 6 member run goes. Sometimes people will bring a mage who will sleep their scorpion until a melee finishes his.
 
Or you can manaburn, get 4-5BLM 1 RDM/BLM Have the BLM all do Thundaga/Blizzaga III then have the RDM Sleepga after the first set of nukes then have the BLM nuke again, or something along those lines.
