That's why i'm changing. For basketball skills.
Then everyone will have to get used to the ugly Gamefaqs-esque skin. Somehow, I think we'll live.
Dude, stay or leave. Don't come in to the forum after not being here for so long, leaving Miros to run this solo and then just show up. Make up your fucking mind, i know there are others who agree with me on this.
Also, when you change something and the community does not like it, how about you listen to them. This isn't Shinra Corp. basically telling members to fuck off isn't the best way to get a point made, or build community trust
Then the bullshit about the blogs. Honestly, there is a section in Fan Arts iirc for Blogs that people post. QCDN's blog support is shit, also it isnt the point of the site so keeping the stat bar at the top and only moving it when we decided to read more blogs is fucking retarded.
IMO, make Miros the owner of the site. He has done more for the site than you or lolNox ever did. All you did was come back, fuck up the skin and then just wave your admin dick of power in front of anyone.
Why is it that every time a change is made, Kelyon has to whine about it? If you whine like a two year old and throw tantrums, thats how the world will treat you.
For the few people who respectfully asked why these changes were made, I responded in kind if briefly.
Give him a break. If you don't like something, suggest changes to be made. This isn't a dictatorship.
Let it be stated that I will contribute money toward the transfer and upkeep of this site to someone more appropriate for the ownership, if one steps forward. I'm honestly eyeballing Miros and Rappa here, but I'm not sure they'd even want to.

Be advised that some forum functionality may not work with nightshift and there are no plans in place to correct that.
I disagree -- Reeve could change the site's theme to Pink Ponies for all he could care, and tell everyone else to fuck off if they didn't like it. He pays for the site, he gets the say in its upkeep. I think it's phenomenal that he places the trust he does in the other global modmin team to do the job they do.
Let it be stated that Reeve would have to accept your offer, and this isn't a Corporation. You don't hostile takeover a privately-owned forum.
And thats why, Sculli, the previous owner was a retard. Hay, lets hand over the ownership to someone no one likes and someone who doesn't really care about FFXI.
Does Reeve pay to keep the site up or does he get paid?
This is a person who has no interest in this community (but lots of interest in his own, as seen by the numerous attempts to cram his other forum down everyone's throats),
There's also this obsession with Reeve and/or Nox wanting to make a style for QCDN, but completely lacking the design skills necessary to make a user friendly, smooth flowing website
The only answer I can think of is "profit", nothing else makes sense. Please answer this question, so at the very least we can understand your motivation for keeping this site to yourself, especially if you will not let it go to someone more capable.
I make some money off the ads and it all goes towards the server and the other charges related to running the site. Net/net I am in the negative and put in the difference out of my own pocket.
To answer the other aspect of this question -- this is a hobby for me. There are easier ways of making money than this.
You'll find that I am pretty inactive on my other sites too. Sorry to disappoint you. There are some synergies between the sites I run or tried to start up and theres nothing wrong in trying to work with that to everyones benefit.
I've been open about this with the staff... I don't have any design skills and its a pain in the ass trying to update older styles -- thats why I went out and PAID for this one which is supported by the designer and will receive upgrades as new versions of vbulletin are released.
Have a better style in mind? Show it to me -- I don't mind paying for it if it will be supported when new versions of vb are released. My intentions are no where near as malevolent as you make them out to be.
See above, I dont make money off this site and for the amount of whining involved, I'd make more money in a night of bar tending with a shit load less aggrivation.
As for "more capable" -- this site is in the most capable hands possible, the moderators and other admins supporting this site. They have a leeway no other site allows.

I am not going to justify every action and coddle every whinner. I posted these explanations as a courtesy to the OTHER forum members here.
