To all BC Members Past & Present:
It was a blast to be apart of what we did.
Some may not see it as much, but I do. BrownCoats surpassed any and all expectations I had for the shell, when I started it. From the 5-6 of us confused as hell and completely noobing up sky and having a ball; to our 20 something strong at our peak, completely owning anything that moved up there. It was the most fun I have ever had, and probably will ever have in FFXI.
And as much as I hate to say it, it's time to move on. We wanted to expand the LS to things beyond sky, but it didn't work out that way. I dont regret anything we did with the LS, we were awesome and we had fun. We have had a great run, and lots of fond memories. Thank you to everyone who was apart of it, for even the briefest of moments.
I'd like to thank my Core Group of people. There since BC was born, there for everything we did:
Moink- Without your help I'd probably still be lost in the Palace somewhere. Thank you for everything you did. Our website was amazing, from the animated map, to the gear and NM info. I know you hated Sky but you were there because we needed you and because you supported me. I love you, and thank you for putting so much on hold to help me run BC.
Tonytron- My fuckin enforcer! You are as big of a dick as I am.. LOVE IT! Without your firm hand the shell would have never prospered. Thank you for all the time you put into the shell, all the ZM runs you helped me get people through, all the grief and ranting you got from me when I was frustrated. You sir, are friggen awesome.
Ramzi- I fuckin hate you! Thank you for being the only orgainized person int eh entire LS! Attendance and drops would have been a mess without you! ^^; /slap
Zelf- Always quiet, but always present. Thank you for taking over when I took my break. You kept the shell together and did your best. You're an awesome leader, and a fuckin stand up person to play with. I look forward to making new adventures in United with you. ^.^ You da man!
Nemsis- Most loyal person I know. You have stuck by the linkshell no matter what. You have great stuff instore for you, old man. :0
Rorant & Sookie- You two made the shell the most fun for me. I'll always remember and laugh at our Ventrilo escapades. You two are always ready and willing to go where I ask ya to. Great friends and great players! See you two in United!
Konokol- Another one who has been here since day 1. I've watched you blossom into a wonderful and skillful tank. Don't ever let anyone else tell you otherwise, because you fuckin rock.
Lucifel- Another one who's been here since the begining. You came and went sometimes but always came back to us at some point or another. Looking forward to future adventures in Vana'diel with ya, bud.
Pompeii, Hicant, Tongan, Carste, Nanten, Grayfox,Shadowsolider, Derp, Mystix, Isanien, Dreamingheart, Fereck, Siberius, Bladewind, Arezael, Airou, Ruffyreborn, Friskiekitty, Lecreuset, Kairiboo, Kinkkerbell, Firebrand, Noriki, Mongooseone, Fravan, Darkangel, Goushiro, Gatttsu, Spirburg, Bootz, Lews, Ashanrai, Josudes, Noshade ( I know I'm missing a few people I'm sure)
You were all apart of what BC was and I thank you guys for being there. We had a lot of good, times and a lot of shitty times, but I wouldn't change any of it. those of you that I'll see over in United can't wait for new adventures! Those of you who I won't goodluck in whatever ya decide, or have decided to do with your time in FFXI.
This will be our last week as a linkshell. Though I know everyone who is moving on will be getting into bigger and better things, and I wish you all the best of luck!
Good-bye BrownCoats! Was an awesome run!
