To those that used the account recovery option

Well, I don't know which of those you who knew my old character, Stevedizzle, but if you know/knew me..you'd know I put a lot of work into that character. I have been lvling this new toon for about a month or 2 , and quite frankly, I am kind of getting pissed off. I loaned the toon to a friend and he gave it to someone else, which in result, sold it. Do I have a case? The CC information might be different as well as the address.

As long as you have the registration codes and perhaps previous information on the account, you should be able to get it back. However, there is the moral issue of taking the account back if the person you are taking it from isn't getting his/her money back?

You will end up having to fill out paperwork claiming that you never gave the info away to anyone, and that you are the rightful owner, and all of this will have to be signed and notarized. Only then will you be on your way to getting the account back.

Got my account back after being on hold for 40min...which brings me to my next question: How do I find out what server my toon is on without being in game? Maint is still going on

Same exact damn thing happened to me with elvenroth. I let a so called good friend of mine use my toon while I was off in Iraq at war and apparently he changed my password. I dont have any of my old info such as CC, and registration codes. I mean shit this was back in late 2003 when Elvenroth started. So i'm pretty much screwed. The one good thing is that I really do love my new toon. Although I would like it even better to have my Elvis back
