god forbid that it there first 75 job and has never needed to xp in any of those staging points, or may not even know those xp camps exist. Not everyone spend there time on the Internet researching where they should go next or how to get to point A to point B. Quit being a elitist jerk and help someone you don't know for once. It not like they hard to get to except periqia and Ilrusi, which no one goes to anyhow.

actually people do use periqa as i said earlier in this thread. it's actually a great area on the way to 75 and much less of a hell than mire. I'l take tp reset over silencega every time a brd even tries to land a song anyday.
Ilsursi.. ok that woulda been a decent exp spot but SE decided to add in soulflayers along with other nasties to some of the prime exp locations that I scouted out when I first walked by( for blunt based parties).
 
Dvucca Staging Point is easy to get to now... Just use Nyzul Isle to get to it...
Nyzul Isle is easier to get to... just chocobo to Bhaflau Thickets and remember to bring 1 Silver and 3 Mythrill Coins...

The hardest and probably would not be necessary for normal exp pt would be the Illusi Atoll Staging Point in my opinion..

Which makes more sense? For the 1 person who doesn't have the staging points, to take advantage of all their party-seeking time to go get them on their own time without bothering anyone else? Or for the 5 people who do have the staging points, to be delayed and inconvenienced by the 1 lazy and/or ignorant person who doesn't have them?

It's perfectly fine, in my book, not to have them, so long as you're willing to accept the consequences of that, which can include such things as being booted or flamed. People will expect party members to have them, since it's really *not* an unreasonable expectation. (Sorry, but staging points aren't this mysterious and vague concept you'd never *ever* hear about unless you nosed around internet forums for "secrets". They're basically common knowledge.) They will react appropriately to those who disappoint those reasonable expectations.

You have to seriously try to get to 75 without using any of the staging points for exp now a days. EVERYONE wants to go there, because that's where you get the good exp. If you get turned down for a party because you don't have the SP, you're a dumbass and you have no one to blame but yourself if you don't go out and get it.

There is no excuse for not having the staging points, there were guides to how to find them the day after ToAU came out; Stop trying to protect gimp retards like yourself. There's nothing elitest at all about demanding that they do the bare minimum; only an idiot would think otherwise. I shouldn't have to get gimped exp because you are too stupid/lazy/gimped to put any effort into getting the incredibly easy staging points.
 
Honestly with Nyzul Isle around, Periqia isn't even that hard to get, i will probably classify him as easy one to get, same lvl of difficulty with Nyzul Isle and Halvung Staging point.
 
Only SP I'm missing is Nyzul because I wasn't playing while it came out.
 
Just choco to Bhaflau and enter by paying silver coins to npc... then walk without worrying of any aggro to the Portal, 3 mythrill for map.. how hard can it get? XD

Exactly. And ironically, without even knowing the guy, I assumed he was a dumbass. My assumption was confirmed with the no food/oils double-whammy that he laid on us once we left whitegate. Says alot about your character to waste everybody else's time and effort just to GET to the camp.

Hellstorm: I don't see it as "elitest" at all. His gear was meh, but that doesn't bother me if he is out there at least TRYING to show some effort. Coming completely unprepared for a party in every faccet possible is just ignorant. Blatantly not being prepared because "I'm too poor lolz" is no excuse, just like not having your fucking staging points.

He was lucky that the BLM was the leader, because I would have told him to go fuck off the second he said he didn't have the SP. I value my play time and don't appreciate standing around for 20 minutes waiting for some jackass. You can't honestly say that you think its alright to not be prepared...can you? Or should I lump you in with the group of assholes that try and pull shit like this day-in and day-out?

I got them all in one day soon as I got ToAU. They're not hard to get at all... Anyone that doesm´t have them all, either:

1) is too stupid to read an online map
2) lazy
3) don't have a computer at all and have no friends that can show or explain the way

I'm guessing 1 and 2
 
Halvung - You don't fucking need Escape. It's not that far a walk to the same god damn place you escape to.
Mamool Ja - Bring a lot of HP+, find an online map, and drink one of those Strange Liquid things. Bring Movement Speed+ if you have it.
Azouph - If you don't have it, you're a dumbass and I have nothing but contempt for you.
Nyzul - See above.
 
If Sabia can get all 6 staging points with ALMOST no deaths - anybody can.

I'm going to agree with what Baj said.
