ToAU Problems (Not installation problems)

I have been stuck for the last 3 days on mission 2. I turned in the supplies 3 days ago, went back to the NPC, got nothing. I went back to the staging point, talked to the npc there several more times, each time saying the same stock text, went back to the city and still couldn't get mission 3. Someone in my LS said that there's apaprently restrictions on how often you can do the missions, seemed odd to only have 1 per day but I waited and still nothing.

So, ToAU is kinda crap so far, since you can't do/get anything until you're on mission 3 and become a mercenary. And, since there's no one doing anything non-ToAU related lately, there's not much I can do in the game until I progress to mission 3. Does anyone know why this is happening, did I somehow miss something that no one's telling me or is my game glitching?

After you speak to one Staging point NPC, go back to Naja Salaheem and she sends you to the Assault guy, speak to him then go back to Naja Salaheem. She then sends you to the mog locker guy. when you've done all this you then have to wait till 12 mid night JPN time to get the next mission.

Nope, it doesn't. As I said in the first post, I talked to the staging point npc, gave him the supplies, went back to town, talked to Naja Salaheem and she's going off about the card quest even though I already finsihed it.
 
you got all 4 cards, Bjaa? turned them into her? cause she talked about cards first with me, I turned em in, and then talked again and she gave me mission 3
 
Yes, I've talked to her several times, I've talked to all of the npc's several times. I already said that I finished the card quest but that's all she talks about when I talk to her. I either have a glitch or I'm missing a step somewhere, but from all of the guides I read and everyone who tells me what to do for mission 2, I have done everything.
 
Logged on, first thing I did was talk to Naja again, and magically got the mission complete CS. Did absolutely nothing different than the last 10 times I've talked to her. Yay glitches.
