OpenDNS at work now blocks Alla. QCDN is still safe so far. I can defeat OpenDNS by performing a google search for the URL then hitting CACHE. It works. Problem is, you can't browse off that page or it gets blocked. You have to use the CACHE trick for each page.

I searched strings such as "How to defeat OpenDNS" etc. Found someone mentioning Google Accelerator defeated OpenDNS outright. But of course that was discontinued as G.A. allowed attacks on PC through a gap in security.

So, got any other ideas to bust OpenDNS? It's easy to do via cache method but cumbersome.

If your work blocks websites they must have a reason to do so.
Instead of finding workarounds, perhaps you should ask your system operator why they bloccked it and if they are willing to unblock it.
If not, tough luck to you.

Trying to find workarounds will only bring your own position in the company in danger.
Yes, people have been fired because they fucked around with IT security.

Last year when some sites were blocked I just used a proxy server and everything was peachy keen. Dunno if that can function as a work around for OpenDNS.

when I was in the AirForce me and a friend were using a whiterussian external proxy to get around our own proxy servers... >.> I got caught and a shit storm was brewed, just don't surf the sites they block.

i also used a proxy until they called me in and said i'd be fired if they caught me again. Trust me it just wasn't worth getting fired over emails and such...

Skip Alla, and browse QCDN and BG.
