which are your favorite FF FMVs?

1 FFIX the battle to get to memoria, with all the airships and dragons.

2 FF X the cannons coming out of the airship

3 FF X the escape from Home, with all the missles and such.

1. Final Fantasy VIII Ending
2. Final Fantasy X Swimming Scene
3. FF9 Bahamut attacks the city when Alexander Showed up....(I hate that game)

1) Ending of FFVI with the book and animation for each of the cast

2) Bahamut vs Alexander in FFIX

3) Galbadia vs Balamb Garden battle sequence in FFVIII

Edit: Since Elm decided to cheat, I'm relisting mine

In no particular order

1) Kos-Mos guiding the Elsa down to Second Miltia in XS ep1

2) Entry into the Sea of Eden in Chrono Cross

3) Still the ending of FFVI

1. FFVII when Aeires dies ; ;
2. FFXI the starting movie when the kid is now older and he shows up with all the warrios behind him. So cool.
3. Every FFIX movie, I love that game ; ;

well.. I don't wanna go with just FF :D

1) Xenogear - Id destroying Solaris
2) FFVII - Weapon Attacking Junon
3) FFX - Openning

1. Weapon attacking Junon as well-FF7
2. Odin Attacking that sky town -FF9

<hmmm> *Rehearses quote* "The care for indecision is trusting confidence*

3. I really thought it was cool in a dark skeptical way in chrono cross when serge became lynx yet his friends didn't relieze it, and lynx in serge's body stabbed kid.

oh god....There's a few that I really loved.

1) Probably gonna be my all time favorite, FFVIII, opening cutscene. Just freakin screams epic
2) Xenogears - Weltall transforms into Weltall Id (A cutscene so cool I wanted to crap my pants)
3) FFVII - The Highwind transforms, giving it jet engines.
4) FFVII - The weapons flying out of the giant hole in the ground for the first time. (I forget the name of the place, I want to say North Cave)

I committed a great sin however, when I played FFVIII through and beat the game, I didn't realize that there was a cutscene after the credits, or during. I got up and did stuff while the credits rolled, completely missing the cutscene. It wasn't until a month or so later someone told me about it and I kicked myself in the ass; I had already deleted my save file.

Alas, I fear I may never see it (save downloading it) because I'm missing discs to just about all of my FF, and the second disc to Xenogears. I more or less keep the games for sentimental value *sigh*

You deleted your FF saves!!! I would never do that.
I hated it when all my FF saves were deleted in the Holiday 2005 Demo disc error. Good thing i did back up my FFVII files on my ps2's hard drive^^

hehe ^^ the second CD to Xenogears sucked gameplay-wise anyways.... curse Squaresoft for rushing them to finish it >< it woulda been so much more uber!! And the Weltell kicks all ass ever ^^ I mean.. its title was "The Slayer of God" and it literally did slay god!!! hehe ^^ sooooo freakin amazing.. if you haven't played Xenogears.. you are missing out on the best RPG of all time.. no FF can even stand up to Xenogear's story.

-Lovely scene o .o

-The Weltall turning into Id's Xenogears kicked ass as well.

<3 Xenogears

-The Weapons scene off FF7 in general.

Theres tons more...but don't remember atm.

Well..Shucks. My list isnt going to be too great, since I can only pick FMV's and not cutscenes. Oh well. Here goes.

1. FF7 - Diamond Weapon attacks Midgar. Rufus is annihilated in the attack.

2. FF8 - The Waltz in Space. Squall tries desperately to save a floating, dying Rinoa far above the world. A touching scene and wonderfully portrayed.

3. FF9 - Through South Gate! After a tragic end to many of the Black Wizards and a tearful goodbye for Vivi, Zidane and crew flee precariously through the rapidly closing South Gate, heading for Lindblum. To their suprise, their mysterious attacker persues yet...

That was the best FMV... I agree. I knew Solaris was in some serious trouble when Id showed up :)

1. FFVII-Cloud Driving The Motorcycle Down The Shinra Building (can't belive u fergot it!!)
2. FFX- Scene where they crash Seymour-Yuna's wedding.
3. FFIX- Cargo Ship Chase w/Black Waltz No.3

Well, I can't pick 3, I have quite a few:

1. Final Fantasy II (on Origins) opening movie (has a good fight with Leon, Firion, and some Dark Knights)

2. Final Fantasy VIII opening and ending movies (Sweet Gunblade duel opening, Hilarious Home camera ending)

3. Final Fantasy IX (the airships vs. the White Dragons at the end: Awesome!)

4. Final Fantasy X (the invasion of Seymour and Yuna's wedding, the Incredible Ending)

5. Final Fantasy XI (Hell, the opening is the best FMV battle I've ever seen!)

6. Kingdom Hearts (Very nicely done opening, "Simple and Clean" is awesome!!!! The ending was great too)

1. FFVII when Aeris dies...I do like this one.
2. FFVIII Ending...
3. FFXI When Auron enters..... I like that video.
