Torques

actually some the rse belt be better till they get closer to 75 because they give mp and errant give none, this depend on what race he is of course. Later once getting better gear like mp rings or earring and/or some the crimson gear then get penitent belt. Use spider torque, but invest into getting enf torque asap.

It somewhat depends on how well you land enfeebs as is, but it also depends greatly on your other gear. For example, you could spend 700k for an extra 2 enfeeb, or you can get a Penitent's Rope instead if you don't have one. In that case, I'd definitely go for the Penitent's Rope.

This is just as example. As Courtney said, you could also get (or save for) an HQ staff instead, which would likely have much more visible results.
what errant belt.....

Like Nugo said, what errant belt? <_< You could just get a penitent's rope because it's awesome and a super-cheap hierarch belt for MP and resting. I don't really see why crimson gear would be that high priority either. It's not bad, but there's something better and/or easier to get in place of all the pieces.

Maybe easier to get, but not better. The HP+ along with MP+ on Crimson is irreplaceable for convert, considering how much MP gear comes with HP-. It's really easy to have your MP pass your HP, at which point it's a waste after the party starts and you're living on convert.

not errant belt errant gear. For example I used jungle rope for my mithra till I got better mp items, but yes at 75 penitents best belt once your gear get more developed. Crimson gear is ok if you need mp me personally only used hands till got af2 then switch to yegit hands and went from errant boots to af2 boots to river gaiters. Using rse belts will allow you not to have to use astral or ether ring and can put mnd/int rings instead and still keep some that int on the belt as well.

Totally forgot about that, my mistake. Yigit seraweels and Prince's slops are great +HP/MP legs to use as well. ^^

Already have my Penitent's Rope for a long time, I was just taking a break from leveling and just getting gear together (most of errants gathered and random rings) it was just whether I would take the extra couple weeks off or just go for the 75

Well I just learned a lot about how some people probably see me as poorly geared. I do not have spider or enfebeling torque yet at 75 or Penitent's Rope at that. I beat Maat at 70 first try with no problems using RSE belt and holy phail. I was acutally about to invest in enfebeling torque because I got a 100 cc in dynamis this week so I actually have the money but I am not sure how ofter I would use it then other than maybe dynamis. About 90% of my xp parties now I end up main healing because we do colobris or just because it works better that we have a rdm healer. Either way Maat is do able without it and I survived without either up to this point.

like I was telling rdm friend of mine rdm can be played many different way. For example I'm a better equip for enfeebles, while my friend better equip of healing, I normally refer it as offensive rdm, and defensive rdm. You also having a whm tend to like heal more making you more defensive, you prob wearing alot of mp+ gear and mnd. I on other hand love to pull, enfeb, and ocassional nuke I go all out on int, mnd, and enfeb skill. That not to say I cant heal when time come for it, but if I had a choice I like offensive magic better.

Just play BLM then.

I meant his whole "I want to nuke on WHM"
where did whm come into this you see my jobs dont even have whm lvl passes 40, I live and breath rdm, I love rdm because of it versatility something blm could never give me.

Well I'd like to give some advice for those who dont have the torque its very easy(but time consuming) to do as long as you have a /bst or /rng of decent level to sub its a wide area and pops in only 3 possible spots

1. To the eastern edge of G-8 in the center of the line

2. In the center of G-8 the whitest part of the square area

3. On the western end a bit before the zone

For the placeholders

Kill only the placeholder spiders if you are using widescan to pop Dune Widow(which I highly advise because it spawns in less time at least 90mins from its ToD which I have confirmed to be true sometimes 2hrs)

The widescan should read in this order for it to be a placeholder

Antican Funditor
Giant Spider(ph only this one)
Giant Spider
Sand Beetle
Sand Beetle

sometimes there are flesh eaters or sabotenders under Funditor or lost souls they dont seem to affect it. all the mobs should be in zone lines widescan's angle of showing mobs seems to vary in angle every time you use it and move. The first of the two spiders is the ph, very rarely there are two funditors one of the funditors should be out of zone lines so only give attention to the one within zone lines

Lastly this was done as a 65rdm/30bst. Sabotenders are a lot of trouble they aggro you at 61-62ish still and scorpions I think so try to avoid them. Not a hard nm to kill it hits like a ep mob to me keep up dots and debuffs and its cake walk a TH greatly helps.

Forgot to add you can kill random spiders in the zone if you want but it can take up to about 5hours until Dune Widow eventually pops when you can have it in the range of 90mins-3hrs and 20mins. Yes this is LoLsellout.com(alla) but it is true since I spent all weekend on it

1/3 on Spider Torque and it feels good to have earned it. Thanks Phishn for TH and AG for me talking in spanish while I camped it >_>;(it wasnt fun)

Ahkay. In that case I'd probably get an Aquilo's (HQ Ice) Staff for nukes/para before an extra two enfeebling, but that's just me.
