Blazn, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to ask you to retype this. I can't make any judgements or opinions if I cannot read your post.

As for the "Acts of God" section under the POL clauses, "Acts of God" are considered to be earthquakes, tornado's, and other random events that we have no control over. They list "Fire" because fires can usually be avoided. As for Flash Floods, while I still consider them to be an act of God, could be considered something that is humanly possible to avoid (read: Don't build your offices near bodies of water).

I suppose you could with all the religion suits and trials going on (or that have gone on). I only posted because of Blazn's "Roflcopter POL believes in god" statement. They could've used "Freak of Nature" but "Act of God" is more universally accepted (in my opinion) as things not under human control. "Freak of Nature" just kind of reminds me of what would pop out if a Taru and a Galka had a baby. Or a Taru and a Goblin. *shudder*

I was being an arse on purpose by the way . After 3 months of phone calls and emails to get my character back with SE saying "Yeah we will do it soon" everytime. This Character reactivation campaign came along. I thought w00p Cleo will be coming back, then I got "You are illegible for this campaign" I don't want the Char back just the 1.5-2mil gils worth of items I had on it . I love being arsey with SE on the phone, it's become a habbit of mine now.

Last week I demanded that the conversation be held in German. Took them 15minutes to find a German speaking representative. Poor customer service SE!

Yeah pissing SE off on the phones is funny as my number counts as french they answer in on the french POL i speak english takes like 5mins to find some one to speak english then ask Dads gf to complain and she speaks russian/ lativan and switchs all the time with out knowing it

Actualy Blazen the ToS is there for a reason and that funny crap you think is usless is there for a reason as well . Basically it means that SE does not gaurntee the service to be aviable 24/7 and that if the server goes down for any reason even if its a long period of time they do not owe you shit. It's a pretty standard MMORPG clause most games have it.

Cleo the thing is 1 the retreval program doesnt gaurnteee you get anyhting back since a deleted charecter is technically gone your lucky of they can get anyhting back. And terrorizing a custemor service rep who can not really do anything for you and can't be help responsible is really mature go you...

Well why don't they just say "Sorry you deleted the character it's your fault, you can't get it back" rather than saying "Sure that's not a problem, your character will be restored within the next 7 days". Also how is it terrorising a customer service rep by asking for the conversation to be done in German?
