Movie Tranformers 3 (Megan/Autobots fired?)

or have my mind made up beforehand due to some assinine bias against the director.

The fact that I didn't have a problem with him until I saw the second film says something though. Then I just started to hear more and more shit. What he needs to do, is get a script written for him, if he loves it to bits, he needs to send it to a good writer to redraft it. When he gets it back and hates it, that's the script he needs to use. That way the film may be half decent.

I think an older, more mature cast would do the films more justice.

Michael Bay for the most part does make some really good films. Well.. Besides these horror film remakes he produces . . . . .

it was fully decent to me. and a couple million others as well. yeah, there were several things i would have changed myself had i had a say in it. but i'm not going to let a nitpicking attitude ruin a film for me. i'll leave that to you guys.

I just couldn't get into the movie because there was just too much stupid stuff going on that just made me say WHY and WTF. The robot with Testicles, the mom running around the campus high, a robot dry humping Megan Fox's leg, I mean honestly, they added a second pet to the movie just to do the scene with the dogs. The twins I didn't like, cussing for the sake of cussing has never been funny to me. The first movie was actually funny because of the witty remarks and good content, like when he was talking to the football player about the steroid coloring book, or when Bumblebee was changing the radio to the proper song, or changing car models because they insulted him. That stuff was funny.

They wasted all of this time of stupid stuff and then made the last scene like 2 minutes long, where Optimus gets up and takes the Fallen and Megatron behind the shed with no resistance really. Just wrapped up too quickly.

Also the decepticon that could take human form, endless application possibilities, none were taken of course.

We must have two different definitions of nit picking. I consider nit picking to be finding small things that aren't really important and then making them into a big deal nit picking. However me saying that the second film had a bad script is not nit picking. A script is a very important part of a film in case you were wondering.

Replace a few words and you have ANY michael bay movie including TF2

see what i mean?

If, I said I didn't like the way Megan Fox's make-up staying completely perfect the whole time despite her being thrown around a lot. Then THAT would be nit picking, I wasn't expecting an amazing script but a four year old could of pulled out more than that. When me and George say the script (bearing in mind this is a very important feature of a film Zalt) is terrible then, that isn't really nit picking.

i really dont get this argument... barring Michael Bays history TF2 is WIDELY considered to be a bad film. Now, granted, an opinion doesn't a bad movie make, but any major motion picture especially ones with budgets this huge, really need to be gone over and over to make sure that the plot holes are filled, and that the dialogue is consistent with the characters. (nitpick: Optimus Prime is a goody two shoes that would never execute a dying decepticon) and that just wasn't done...

Or to go one further, The above might have been done, but Michael Bay is notorius for changing lines and scenes on the fly, as well as making snap decisions about shooting locations... On his own, he admitted to ripping enormous holes in TF1 thanks to CGI.....

CGI is what makes him an extra danger to these kinds of movies, it gives him the freedom to recut scenes in post and make the live action portions make even less sense.... and he just doesnt care... This is how Pearl Harbor was allowed to become historically inaccurate.. rendered scenes were changed in post to reflect later ideas to employ better special effects.

Best way to sum of this movie experience for me would be the following. "Transformers 2 is hugely bloated, incoherent, stupid and boring, seemingly all because Bay was free to indulge in his most Bayish impulses."

And what about EGYPT?!?!

So, Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is going to replace Megan Fox.

She has absolutely zero acting experience lol.

Is that the chick that bumped her to number 2?

meh, as with most movies it would be better with nudity :)

So? When you watch Megan Fox acting, you would think she had zero acting experience too...
