That's EXACTLY what I was thinking. They have no idea what hell he was going through. I was abused myself, not like that.. but it spanned a couple years. I can *handle* it. But it's an issue I've managed to force into the dark corners in the back of my head. And like I said it was no where near as horrible an experience as he went through. But I'd be lying if I said it didn't have some affect on my choices in life. I've done some stupid things, and when I look back and analyze my choices I come to the conclusion it was a direct result of that experience. I couldn't imagine the torment he suffered even years after he was 'free' of his tormentor.
