For those of you who grew up to this magnificent show like i did, Michael Bay jsut put out the new teaser trailer, its 1:58 long, and it shows SEVERAL transformers in this not just the shadow like we got from the 1st one.

http://uk.promotions.yahoo.com/transformers/

i swear i almost messed my pants when i saw this trailer, it will be a movie for all ages. enjoy and lemme know what you think.

ya i had seen that clip, when the rumors first flew about a "live action" movie that was the original clip that everyone was posting bout this is prime and how he is going to transform. seeing how you see a piece of prime in the trailer it aint what he looks like but im deffinatly counting down the days to 7-4-7.

So... far... away...

I like how the little girl was holding a My Little Pony doll, both toys made by Hasbro. Nice plug for bringing back the toys from the 80's =)

That's a set up for an epic My little Ponies trilogy to be released within the next seven years. The villain? A unicorn... with seven horns. (dun dun duuuuuun)

As for the Transformer trailer, it made me feel giddy, so i guess i'm ready to see it, when it comes out months from now.

Dam my desktop at work blocked the video /sigh I will have to wait until I get home to see it.

"Transformers are a total slight against God."

If you had asked me what I thought of a transformers live action movie before I saw the trailer, I'd probably say it was a stupid idea.

Now I can't wait for it ><

Transformers Prequel Comic Coming
Source: IDW Publishing December 21, 2006

IDW Publishing's Transformers' universe has spanned from modern-day Earth ("The Transformers: Infiltration" and "Escalation") to the far-flung planet of Cybertron ("The Transformers: Stormbringer") and many light-years of time and space in-between. Now get ready for an all-new Transformers story that breaks new ground, setting the stage for the highly anticipated summer '07 blockbuster Transformers movie. And while the movie might not explode onto theater screens until July, IDW Publishing offers your first glimpse of the live-action motion picture Robots in Disguise in the "Transformers: The Movie Prequel" beginning in February 2007.

In the four-part "Transformers: The Movie Prequel," co-writers Chris Ryall ("Zombies Vs. Robots") and Simon Furman ("The Transformers: Escalation") team up with celebrated Transformers artist Don Figueroa ("The Transformers: Stormbringer") to deliver a special tale that spans centuries, traveling from Cybertron to Earth. This special four-part series reveals the events that lead up to next summer's blockbuster movie, directed by Michael Bay and executive-produced by Steven Spielberg.

"This is no peripheral movie tie-in," said co-writer Chris Ryall (who also spends his days as IDW's publisher and editor-in-chief. "Rather, it's a fully realized, generations-spanning tale that also sets up and explains much of the backstory in the coming movie. With Paramount and Hasbro's assistance, we're able to show you the characters and explain some situations that are integral parts of the movie. It should also assuage any early fan trepidation and show that this prequel and the movie together are going to comprise quite an epic Transformers story."

"Transformers: The Movie Prequel" is an all-new, four-part series that hits shelves in February 2007 with a 32-page full-color comic book.

must say these will be a few comics I WILL read. will be the first since the death of superman i have sealed up in my cedar chest.
