Transferring Char Data?

Ok guys I'm told this isn't really possible but no one can really be sure so...

QCDN this is what I'm trying to do

I am trying to see if there is a way to transfer Khidir from my account handle to Demionknight's new handle and Content ID.

Problem is we aren't sure if it can't be done or not.

Is it possible?

Since SE does not like the trading of accounts and other forms of real-world trading, I highly doubt you can put your character under another person's account information.

1 account with 2 toons = $14
