So I'm trying my damn hardest to get my fuckin account back because apparently I either got hacked or apparently I really forgot my old account info...

I'm talkin to a representative now about getting it reset (the password) and it's somewhat hard to convince them that I'm the real owner of the account...

Yea, I confirmed the original billing details, but they're still apprehensive about handing the PW back over since I don't have the rest of the "changed" information

The lady told me that it was in-deed the original info, but she's kinda got her hands tied because of whoever has my account atm is paying and everything, blah blah blah - _-
