So I log into the Virtual Channel to pick up Kirby last night, and I saw Vigilante. I haven't played that game since I was 10 years old. Friggin awesome.

That got me thinking about other Turbo Grafix games i missed, and now I'm hoping for Neutopia 2 and Keith Courage in Alpha World. Those games were pretty much made of awesome.

Anybody know if either of these is coming soon?

Neither of those games are on the list currently, so there are no plans to release them yet. Me? I'm hoping for Ys I&II. It could happen.
 
I have yet to buy any VC games because of the price. As much as I approve of Nintendo for the VC, I just can't bring myself to pay $10 for a game that I can buy on ebay for $5 or less. I'm so damn poor. I'll have to try out the games via emulator before I decide to pay for any of them. Thanks for the list. I never got into TGX games.

The only $10 games are the N64 ones.

SNES and Genesis are $8, NES and TG16 (i think) are $5.
 
A great game on Turbo Grafx 16 i'd have to say is Devil's Crush, (Pinball game).

An Amature would score around 15,000-25,000 points on it. But after becoming addicted to it, you'll average a score of 20,000,000 - to 100,000,000 points.

The only T16 game I've bought for VC is Military Madness. It's like a very primitive Advance Wars meets Dark Wizard.
 
Fuck that! Give me the first three Mario Party games.

And if Nintendo REALLY wants to make me happy, release games from Japan on the VC

Make the virtual console INTERNATIONAL!

I'm tired of this "Regional Encoding" bullshit.

Look at the Nintendo DS, Gameboy Advance, Sony PSP, PlayStation 3, and the Wii itself. Regional Encoding is a thing of the past. All units are universally compatible.

I wanna play the original NES and SNES Fire Emblems.

lol Don't blame Nintendo, really. Blame each company that self-encodes the disks for the Wii. Personally, I'd love to have some of those bad-ass Japanese games on my Wii. Bleach anyone? XD

On that note, I'm going back to my DS and play Tales of the Tempest. THen maybe later I'll surf the net on it.

God I love Japanese periphials.
