Depends on what you're fighting really, and if you have the rest of the set. Refresh is nice, but to gain refresh and +9 atk and +2 str you have to give up +10 dex, +15 acc (and +5 acc more from the dex). I would stick to adaberk unless you had the full set.

2. Undead are at level 4 and there are 35 people in Al Zahbi. Make plans for Candycane rescue operations.

We owned them sumbishes. We started with 220ish, lost 1 general. I did not see a HNM either.
