Seriously, chasym spouts lies about me and you let that run, promoting the websites gimpass tactics. I tell a linkshell to stfu about stuff thats been done before, and my posts aren't even locked, but deleted, gtfo.
 
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you were trying to start a flame in a Good Times thread? I'm no mod, but I don't think it takes one to see that isn't appropriate. It's not the place for it. Did you honestly think they'd leave it there?

At least when Chasym made his spectacle, the junk got moved to the Flameboard where it belonged. They're not going to move a whole Good Times thread because you decided to crap on it. Calm down and take a look at it. You've necroed a flameboard thread on the subject, so it's obviously already been bitched about and in the right place. You probably should've started there and wouldn't have had to worry about your comments being deleted. I'm sorry, but the mods did exactly what they should have done.

All threads should be treated the same, regardless of who the OP is and who posts in the threads.

This is mod flexing at its worse. All the replies got deleted the first time, I calmly said it a second time.

Plus, I posted just as pointless of a good times thread on my own, and it was deleted too.

You can't pick and choose whose voices are heard and whose aren't. Frankly, if you weak ass mods have any balls, you'd have sent me a fucking PM explaining your actions. I can obviously guess the mod to do it, and let me say, running away from adversity doesn't erase it, it just makes me realize your shell is too weak to stand and defend yourselves.

I told them honestly their good times thread isn't worth a damn when they do it so often. If i'm thinking to myself that something is "Good Times" I'm gonna assume that its a rarity to occur, this is FFXI afterall. If you're mindlessly spamming the good times board, it takes away from something that your shell might actually accomplish that no others have to this point.

Remember, the first time they beat DL, there wasn't 1, not even 2, but 3 posts about the same run. For christ's sake, are you that depraved of attention that you have to post in 3 separate threads for people to say "Good Job"?

Once there shell reaches a level of excellence consistantly for an extended period of time, they'll realize you don't have to put trivial good times threads up weekly. The fact they put up countless good times threads shows the immaturity at handling the tasks that there shell is SET-UP TO ACCOMPLISH.
 
Just as a suggestion, if you feel that there is a thread that needs to be addressed, use the report function on the bottom left hand corner of the post you feel is going against the current forum guidelines, as sometimes the moderators and admin can miss something, especially in the case of threads that go on for pages at a time. Reported posts get looked at a lot quicker and can usually be addressed faster.

And also, in regards to the unfairness when moderating threads, you are right that threads should be moderated fairly regardless of the poster. Currently it looks like the guidelines for the forum might get a little work done, and made more clear so forum members can understand what is allowed and what isn't which will hopefully take care of the "unfairness".
 
Still doesn't explain why his topic about his new sig was deleted. Or is there some sort of restriction as to what can be posted on the Good Times board? If I made a topic about the sig Skanya made for me (which is awesome!), would my topic get deleted, too?

I thought flooding the loldynamis topic was pointless, but at the same time I think deleting Jamal's topic was just lame. It didn't violate any rules that I'm aware of. While I think it's kinda biased that the lold topic has some sort of uber shield on it that keeps getting everything even remotely negative deleted, I'm not going to bitch about the posts getting deleted. But what was wrong with the sig topic? It's a nice sig. I thought the general census was that people can post whatever they want to on the board and no one has to read it? Double standard?

I didn't see his topic about a new sig, so i'm not sure the reason for the deletion. Unless it was posted with the intentions to go against the current guidelines, I can't see that it would of been removed but again I'm not sure what was deleted.

All I do know is that hopefully things will become more clear and the guidelines will be better defined (hopefully with examples) so that should there ever be a time where someone feels that a moderator's actions were uncalled for, or unfair, we could just look at the forum rules to get an answer.
 
Flameboard is very rarely modded, if you're trying to compare posts from there Jamal.
