So last night me and my girlfriend fell asleep(kinda ironic to fall asleep at night I no).So we went to bed around 12ish(est) and i wake up about 3 go get a drink and to the Bathroom.Than I roll back into bed and my girlfriend is STAREING at me now i figured i woke her up.....little did i no she was sleeping with her eyes open!!!.WTF!So after like 2mins of her not blinking i was like ....:shok: so i gently woke her up and she didnt even no.So is this normal or is she just weird?

I remember I had a camp counselor who could do that. We played a trick on him that had something to do with his eyes but I can't quite remember it. Something about candy bars and petroleum jelly.

fully open or half open?

if it fully open umm... :banghead3: :banghead3: then :shok: then i'll go

:P

it was like this (O.O)

Hmmm, then you have a problem there. Try facing in the other direction when you sleep, and never look back until she wakes up.

lol i fell asleep one time ever with my eyes open when i was a kid, i woke up with memories of stairing at the bottom of the top bunk all night.
Besides that, ive never seen anyone sleep like that and would probly think they were dead and be scared lol

-. - you guys are scary lol

but good to scare your friend the hell out if you stay there for the night and sleep early lol:cool:

The eye's open thing has always freaked me out too, how can your eyes just not blink, it seems so creepy.

I got my own little problem though, I've been knowing to sleep-talk, like just say 2 sentences of gibberish and keep sleeping, back at my college dorms someone said late at night I yelled "I need a ruler for this broomstick!" and kept sleeping, I have no clue WTF that was even about.

When I was eight the Lion King had just come out on VHS. I watched it and fell asleep midway through the movie. According to my family I sat up about an hour to two hours later and said "If ya ever come back, we'll kill ya!" and then went back to sleep.

I talk in my sleep a lot. Apparently my older sister would have full blown conversations with me when I was fast asleep. Also, 2 years ago at college... was having a dumb dream about agruing with someone who kept telling me to do soemthing, so I yelled "OOO***!!!"... except I actually sat up in bed and screamed that. So I found myseld sitting upright, awake, and kind of confuysed. Woke up both my roomates as well, they were kinda like "Dude... wtf. Was that you?" We had a good laugh though.

My friend did that one time in camp xD He was like "Hey..get down helsdjfklf"
and we laughed and were like "Are you there?"

My mom and brothers said I fell asleep in the car with my eyes open..I don't remeber though lol

Yeah my brother and my dad had this really bad at one time. There were times I would play SNES or N64 in my brother's room and he would randomly wake up mumbling some weird stuff with his eyes open, then go back to sleep. Sometimes he would walk downstairs and sit on the couch and carry on a coversation with himself. My dad would get up at like 1 something a.m to get ready for work even though he was off that day. Another time he was sitting out on the porch with nothing on just starring at the street across from him. None of them are nowhere near as bad as they used to be but I still here my brother ramble in his sleep from time to time. It is something that I think eventually goes away. Not sure what causes it though. It is weird though. Sometimes freaky. Other times hilirous.

I hear its best not to wake them up in that state because they might go into a state of shock since they have no idea what is going on. They say its best just to talk them back into going to bed or wherever it is that they're sleeping.
