Kutourb: male mummy
Marlid: mammoth
Chigo: small parasite

(spellings of the monsters may be weird, I'm taking the names from katakana)

Job sounds like a gil eating ranger type job minus damage. Should prove very interesting (the additional content).
 
I can hear the flood of people named "Mustadio" now.

Seriously, sounds just like his Sniper job.

From the way the job sounds like it Operates, "Gamble Technique" sounds like it would either do a severe boost in effective support for what the job does, or backfires(Like the Moblin smoke attacks)

This is the "Pirate" everyone's been clamoring for. "Pirate" wouldn't work because pirates in Vana'diel lore are necromancers, not swashbucklers. Seems like SE is giving the fans what they want. I only hope Necromancer isn't the 3rd job. I really hope it isn't.

and i agree with Skaw..i can already see the 400 different spellings of Mustadio...similar to everyone that has tried desperately to find some unique spelling for Sephiroth -.-

if they DID impliment some type of "invasion" inside a city, i'd be happy as all hell. no more bazaaring ass-holes sittin all over the city. I'd make it my new home in a heartbeat...unless there is AH tax, then i'd prolly just chill in Tavnazian Safehold.

If the ranger job didn't bring a dozen Mustadio variations, I doubt this will. People don't need much more than the right weapon type to justify ripping off a character name. Some don't need that much. I think the only reason there aren't many Mustadios is that people totally underrate the greatness that was FFT. This is because in the eyes of the average fan, FFT was the game that came between Cloud/Sephiroth, and Squall. A game is only as good as its cast is cool, apparently. I haven't even seen any Orlandu variations, and Orlandu is the character everyone would rip off if they could.

Looks pretty legit to me. Famitsu doesn't come out until Friday, so it looks set to be an exciting weekend if this is all confirmed. :D
 
sounds llike lame job but invasion sounds awesome... this new expasion is getting me excited and the new updated.
 
LOL at the thought of making another job that mains a ranged weapon. Ranger without accuracy bonus? It's bad enough with, without it I can't see anything for "Corsair"

Status bullets do sound interesting, they nerfed the hell out of spartan a while back when they nerfed mamushito for nin, would be interesting to see what kind of new bullets they would make. Got def down/blind/sleep/poison bolts, and paralyze/attack down/sleep arrows. Either they make overlap, or you end up with slow/gravity/attribute down bullets, or maybe something completely new.

I'd guess it's more like a job with MP like a RDM... "Paralyze Bullet", costs X ammount of MP to use, and causes damage with an additional effect of Paralyze if it hits.

A: Secret. Just keep in mind that it's a job with MP.

So it has MP, most likely will use MP for its spells, and not TP :P
