I am so sick of poeple with underleveled subjobs. Why don't people see all the extra stuff you get from having a fully leveled subjob? For example take Reddogneo, his gimp ass is a 71RNG/31NIN YOU GET AGILITY FROM THOSE LEVELS OF NINJA YOU DIPSHIT! I can understand newbies in the dunes with one but 71 are you fucking kidding me? Am I the only one who thinks dipshits like this should quit the game?

Hey there's no need to call names like that. Having a level'd subjob is important but at certain lvl's it isnt all that; maybe when it's time for Qufim it's more important.
The only time I played witha gimp sub I was thf32/nin15 and I was thf31/nin15 when joining saying I was close to lvl I just really wanted to sata viperbite and appologized for my one gimped lvl. I didn't gain or lose anything by it so wast that big of a deal but I still felt bad doing it. People just don't understand the importance of it. That's extra hps or mp your missing out on. A 71rng could maybe die on a pull or bomb toss that those few hps might of helped with.
Its such a race to 75 people don't care about gimped subs or proper subs to get it done. What is even sader is when they are gimped sub missing ja's and have millions upon millions in gear

This again falls under the "it's not yours so you have no right to bitch about it" category. Maybe all they want to play is that job. I could care less what your subjob even is. Hell once I made a party with a BRD/WAR. I never even noticed that he had a WAR sub until like 2.5 hours of partying later. If you do your job then subs don't really matter. If you got time to lvl your main you can lvl your sub job. Quit fucking rushing to higher lvls and gimping your sub to do it. This game doesn't finish over night quit fucking rushing and play it right.

The reason I hate gimped subs is that these people obviously only care about getting levelled quickly, to be honest not levelling your sub properly is just plain lazyness, and I don't know about you but i'd rather party with people who actually can be bothered to level their sub.
