I dont have this... But I will soon... I have played it both on 360 and PC, and although it isnt a Starcraft (or Starcraft 2, which I will assume can only be better than SC1) it is a pretty good RTS.
There are three unique races, each of which handle almost completely differently.
Novus, which are robots, are sort of like a guerilla race. They are best at small hit-and-run attacks. These require the most strategy to play. You can build 'transport lines' (which teleport units) across the entire map and connect them for VERY fast movement.
Hierarcy, the aliens, are the overall bad guys, and are the strongest race. Think kind of like Zerg in SC. They are very powerful, and multiple units can be created simultaneously. (such as, 3 units can be created at a time compared to Novus's and Masari's 1 at a time.) They also get giant walkers which serve as the vehicle and unit production buildings. These are mobile and can be used as weapons themselves. They also get a third walker which serves as their super weapon.
The Masari are like Wizards... They lived in the ocean away from humans (mostly because the humans are harming the earth with pollution) until the recent attacks by the Hierarchy. This the the most powerful per unit race. They have a 'light and dark' mode, which sort of makes this race function like two separate races. In light mode, units deal more damage and have longer range. In dark mode, units deal normal damage, have faster firing rate, air units are grounded and all units get 'dark matter armor' which give them more defense.
I suck at descriptions, so look here to read about it yourself. Theres a demo, also, which only features the Hierarchy. (In the tutorial and first 2 missions)
