Offical ballot proposal .. and from what i understand they are in the process of and ahead of schedule collecting sigs to get it on the ballot come election.

Oh hali come on dont vote no.. it would be a wonderful state seal

[Thelona]

while i totally get the sentiment, it seems like a petty and childish move, that would actaully accomplish nothing.

I voted no.

[Massaranger]

ya im from port orchard wa and def think there is a better way to get the point across. changing the seal in that way in which is on our state flag would just deterrent people from wanting to come. Which would bring in less revenue raising the taxes more.

[Thelona]

yeah not to mention all the EXTRA taxpayer money wasted, just to change who knows how many state seals, all to what?.......to prove a point?.......to stick a thorn in the side of those government fat cats?

yeah.. wow.. great idea.

[Eilistrae]

I am originally from WA, Bainbridge Island to be exact, and I voted no. I also think its petty.

This reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw last weekend. I'd say it's the best one I've ever seen. It reads:

DON'T STEAL (centered)
our government hates competition.

Not really related but I saw a sweet bumper sticker in my schools parking lot that read:

HONK (in the obama type font with the crazy O)
If i'm paying your mortgage

I lol'd.

Edit: Heres a pic lol
