N Head is out of the question and I have no interest in trying to buy N Head off an HNM shell. To me, I can make a bigger difference to my ws damage than I can to my tp gain damage.

wouldn't optical hat be the best for you outside of MKD hat?

Since N Head is apparently out of the question for him, 15 ws acc and 10 acc would be the best choice. 25ACC during WS opens a lot of options for other slots to be changed to STR.
