Update payment info trouble

recently i received a new bank card, cause i couldn't find my old one. So i go to the bank cancel the old one, and get a new one. Friday i get kicked off cause it couldn't collect payment, which i understand cause i've done this before. So my card is activated and it works fine, I go to membership and try to change my payment info cause my content ID's are canceled. I've Done it many times filling out the form and getting error, saying server is busy and to check my card. Well the server could not have been busy all these times and i know my info is correct. I've called POL and my bank about everyday since its happened and each call is as useless as the one before. anyone know anything else i can try?

I'd just put $15 on one of those disposable visa cards and use that (make sure to register/activate it on the site), never fails.
