Alright so i was wondering with all these updates that SE and Pol have been doing what's everyones hobbies while /dling the updates. What do you do to keep yourself entertained for the mins/hours/days while the update is being prepared and d/led and installed and such and so on ect, ect, ect.

Knowing that not everyone is fortunate enough to have some form of broadband those of us bastard sons and daughters of gaming that involved a computer and and a skinny phone cord have had to find something to do while updating for those many lonely hrs.

I personaly plug in my nifty little usb controler and start up Darkstalkers on my arcade emu. And i'm sorry to say it but mithra have nothing on Felicia. She's my hero and cat goddess ^.^ and now my play thing. Muahahahaha

Mrow (rubs his clip on cat ears IRL)

If I don't find something online to do, I just turn around and load up a console ^^

Your avatar is quite fitting btw Inu, it made me laugh XD

lol thanks ^.^ had to pick Menchi from Excel saga btw Menchi means minced meat rofl

I'm almost always at work or dead asleep when these updates occur. Plus I'm not on very much in the first place these days, so the updates usually don't cut into any playing time for me. If they do I usually fire up the PS2 or PSP.

ya same here but it been no where near as it was back in nov.

For the most part, I find myself at school or asleep during most of the updates. If an update occurs when I intend to play, I have other things to do.
-Photoshop /model viewer/drawing ~ Literally can spend hours working on one image to make silly sigs and what not for myself and friends (boots are getting old). Too bad the university does not have any photo/editing programs on the computers (aside from MS paint).

-Writing

-Studying

-Music ~ Can be a bad thing when funds are low and there are e-mail reminders for coupons. <3

-Exercise/Dance/Build something ~ Problem is, I cannot stay seated for too long watching a screen. So I get up and do something about it. Probably annoys my roommate. ;p If there is nothing to do, I tend to build/craft stuff. Nothing too extrordinary but it is also something to do while seeking party. Still have not been able to convience the household to put in a new shower head yet.

-Cook ~ The food may not taste very good (or boil over) but it is always fun to try something new when there is time for it. Currently looking for some more vegetable recipes and Asian stuff.

-Console play ~ <3 video games. Enough said.

Clean car

See if I can find a girl to...nm
If a chick isn't available then I'll...nm
Look on the web for stuff I should do when I can play
Come here!

As you can see there's a lot of stuff to do besides this game people, it shouldn't take a thread to figure that out.

- _- i touch myself

LoL that's nothing short of what I'd expect from you Tep.

And of course it doesn't take a thread to figure out people do other things, but it's nifty to know what other things people do.

I read. Hell I read when seeking party, I am a drg, I think I have almost finished war and peace.

Lol i love reading during off times to but being a brd it's rare that i'm not in a pt
