OK, my very first flame. *takes deep breath*

I was chillin' today in my Mog House, and Ieo sent me a /tell. Ieo is my good friend from the LS: "TheVoodooLounge." He asked if I wanted to join a party, I said yes. The party's leader was Uriah. As soon as I joined he was asking people about their equipment... "why don't you have this?! why don't you have that?!"
A few minutes later, Ieo D/Cs while we're still in Jeuno... Imediately Uriah says "Where's Ieo? Let's replace him." Everyone else tells Uriah to wait on Ieo, so he does. Ieo comes back shortly later.

We start making our way to Onzozo.

When we get there... Ieo D/Cs again. When we got to our camp Zoolander and Ugotjacked are there in a party next to us... Uriah without question accuses Zoolander of gil buying because he has a Scorpion Harness... How ridiculous is that?!
Someone in our party (not me) told Zoolander what Uriah said. So, in /say mode Zoolander says "So, I'm a gil buyer now, eh Uriah?" and Uriah replies with "You probably are!" and so the argument continues... Ugotjacked tries to calm things down and Uriah just doesn't shut the fuck up... so, Ugotjacked says "Listen, he doesn't gil buy, even if he did, he still is a better player than you'll ever be!" Uriah says something dumb like "WTF... dumb kids..." and I cheer in /say mode "OH BURN!!!" with every intent of pissing this moron, Uriah, off.

Uriah: "WTF Luffy, you some nark teen punk?"

Luffy: "No, I'm just fed up with your bullshit... Ieo's been gone for 5 minutes and you've already got a replacement... do you have ADD to the max or something? You question people's equipment when you don't even have great equipment yourself... AND you messed with Zoolander about buying gil... You, by far, are the biggest NOOB I've EVER seen on this game."

Keep in mind, everyone agreed with me on waiting for Ieo...

Anyway, Uriah kicked me, I warped... and the partied disbanded shortly after I left... I thought it was hilarious... I always make jokes about BLMs with better equip than mine being gil buyers... Heh, but I've never seen anyone stupid enough to actually say it seriously... /laugh...

Anyway, lemme know if you've had similar problems with Uriah... ^_^
 
i was just in a party with this guy the other day.. hes a huge jerk.

I won't go into the specifics but half my linkshell knows who this guy is and knows he's a dick, and my entire party thought he was as well. He was bothering me about raising some people right away and I told him to shut up because i was goign to tractor someone and he threatened to leave - and then left right after he got his level. We got a brd to replace him and our party went twice as fast once he was gone. He did a crap job at keeping everyone refreshed, and once i started to remind him to refresh me he pretty much told me to shut up and that he had it under control.

anyway, yea this guys a jerk, he's on my no party list now.
 
Accusing someone of buying gil is lame. we might as well go on the record and say everyone buys gil. that way we cant argue about something we cant ever prove. the guy sounds like a dick. i say we hang him from his toes tho. :twisted:
 
I've never personally had much of a problem with this guy. I partied with him once a long time ago, and he was in the group I did G2 with. In both those situations he didn't really talk much, and I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to how well he was playing.

I've heard a LOT of other people complain about him, though, so you're definitely not the only one. I was the BRD that replaced him in Pannda's party, and got tells from multiple players in the party complaining about Uriah and thanking me for replacing him.
 
Dang Luffy. Was that the same day you ended up getting killed multiple times as a Summoner? That must have been a rough day... :twisted:

It wasn't the day where I got owned as SMN... It was with BLM in Onzozo. ><
 
oh yeah, he was also advertising that he would pay someone 150k gil to join our party as a tank, and hes accusing someone else of buying gil?

i was actually the replacement he got for leo. the way it went for me was, in jeuno, leo dc;d, he asked me if i wanted to tank. i said sure and he realized that leo was back, he got him back in party and i was gonna take my leave since there is no point in having me(nin) and a pld in the same pt. thats all i heard from that till a bit later when uriah gives me a tell again saying that their tank keeps dcing and asked if i would like to replace him "i wont boot u this time even if he does come back".
so, i get there, and notice that there is only 4 people in the group (me included in the 4). he states that he booted the blm cuz "she wouldnt shut up" and the mnk left because he wasnt happy that uriah booted the blm.(luffy)
 
well i was in the party next to luffy's. He was being a major prick and he kept calling Zoolander a gil buyer. (I was thinking gees how could zoolander be a gil buyer, His armor is so bad, I mean where does all this so called gil go?) lol. Anyways, Today Uraih sp* walked by me in Jeuno and appologized. Also I talked to Zoolander again and he appoligzed to him also.

Appology or not though he did go way to far.

UPDATE.

Just and update on the situation... Uhhm Uriah just /tell'd me that I was a nerd for flaming her... but really, aren't we all nerds in this crazy game? lol

Anyway,I apologized for being an ass, I tend to look for arguments sometimes, and he apologized too. :/ End of story. lol
