Useless Shouting in towns (and elsewhere)

There was a guy at the Sandy AH shouting the lyrics to "The Song That Never Ends" for like 15 minutes straight last night...when he was done he shouted a "lol" so I was so annoyed that I "/em notices that no one else is laughing" which ended up making the 50 people around the AH all send me "Rock On" tells for the next 20 minutes. LOL I wasted so much time yesterday. ;)

Anyway - I understand shouts like the Eco Warrior ones and whatnot - but when people are TRYING to be annoying, or do not know how to use
/tell xxx and have entire conversations that EVERYONE has to listen to - that is just wrong. If you have THAT much time on your hands to sing freaking lyrics to everyone - GO FARMING or something. geez.

Shouting doesnt really bother me. It hasnt really gotten to the point where its a constant spam. Even in towns where people are shouting about stupid things its usually over pretty quickly. The only time it really does bother me is when its either someone deliberatly being an ass, or people spamming "USE TELL YOU N00B!!!!!1one" because that often causes more problems than it solves.
