In regards to User Albums, they got all effed up in the server move. So if you have an album it's most likely that the pictures weren't save sadly in the server move. If you want your album deleted/pictures deleted feel free to let me know. But you should be able to upload up to 500 pictures per album now.
Some people have been asking me about the social group restrictions and the basic restrictions right now are:
Maximum characters per message : 16,000
Maximum number of messages per page : 25
Maximum characters in social group description : 1000
Maximum discussions per page in social group : 25
