Hey, where you can pick Windurst, Bastock or Sandy user bar doodles, any chance we could get ones for 'Retired' 'Horde' and 'Alliance' ?

I know you're doing a lot of work on themes n whatnot, wondered if these were doable? :)

Retired, fine.. But honestly, I'd vote no to Horde and Alliance. This is still a FFXI forum :|

What she said.

I have an awesome idea for a Retired banner. I'll work on it tonight right before the boss pull in Dynamis.

Just an fyi, these next two weeks are going to be hectic and I won't be doing much work online. Feel free to keep the suggestions coming, but just don't think I'm ignoring anyone.

I vote no to Hoarde/Alliance, however yes to "WoWtard".

Funny thing is that it might be a FF board, but a huge population plays WoW, so alienating them from pretty pictures might be detrimental to their social behaviors and development...

That started off serious, then I stopped caring lol

Its funny that you mention that because the wow players often act like retards on the forum, Not to say that the FF players are all the great minds of our time as the flameboard often shows.

See, now this is where a broad generalization makes you look stupid. But I will leave it there since this is neither the time or the place. If you do feel the urge though, I will take up that discussion in another thread if you feel the need to do so.

While I do agree with you Lanien I think a "Retired" banner is sufficient enough. There may be a lot of WOW players on this board and I have no beefs with that but it's still a FFXI Board. If we're going to start doing WOW banners we should do them for all the other MMORPGs people left FFXI for. Honestly - where do you stop? I'd think putting in your sig that you play Wow as a hoard or whatever member would be good enough, no?

Yeah, that's why I said I stopped caring lol I forgot those banners even existed until this thread came up.

If there is a retired banner, it should have a portion below it with the "Accept Raise? Yes. No." phrase.

I do not mostly since I play WoW myself. If anybody was offended by my statement then they were probably one of the people proving me right, everyone else I'd imagine would be able to see past the mild joke at their expense

I'm going to re-open this topic for discussion.

I have a lot on my plate but I know people would like a retired banner much like the windurst or bastok one.

Trying to gauge interest, so please post with suggestions.
