Valec sucks as a PLD. beginning he was bitching at me for backup tanking I'm NIN/WAR, he told me to "Keep my finger off the voke button until he dies" so ok, Next match, he dies. LOL. Bitch.

Oh, hi guys! Thanks for trying to call me out on my bullshit. Perhaps next time it'll work out for you.

Me and Valec static partied for 3 hours. At the initial party, we were both lvl 14. Alot of come-and-go party members later and no deaths until bad players like you came along, and then yeah, Valec died. Perhaps its because the shitty Elvaan WHM couldn't keep him alive. A PLD can't keep himself alive without help against ITs, even if all he does is spam Cure. You kept babbling about trying to save the mages MP, and then kept pulling shit (nice cliche macros, by the way. No one likes bad macros like that. Perhaps they're entertaining the first time..... but the next 40 or 50 times its just water torture) while i'm trying to rest.

And yeah, I booted you all one by one. There were come crystals I didn't think you should have gotten, so I booted you all and took them. It's my party for fuck's sake. I brought you in, gave you a party, even if it was for a short while. Okay, Davec left. We replaced him. I left, THERE'S FIVE OF YOU JUST STANDING THERE. Does someone need to hold your hand and make a party for you?

As a Nin/War, you really don't have room to bitch, you're empty damage, and easily replaceable. We had a main tank who was doing great for hours on end. And besides.... With my party, you got about 1600 exp. Quit bitching. It isn't like you pulled one mob and then I left. I leveled, got another 428 exp, then left. To go powerlevel someone else in my linkshell who just came back to FFXI.

Bet you guys didn't expect me to see this, did you.

And 1600exp/h...was that supposed to be bragging?

You just sorta admitted to a bunchof crap that'd further hurt your reputation, it'd seem..

Well first of all Princeasshat, lets tell the real story. I was in the party for 3 hours like Bleeker said, we had a system going before you joined at the end of it, and you moved right in without asking anyone what their rolls were. My job as a PLD was tanking, yours was a DD and BACKUP tanking. Ask next time and not ASSUME things. I have had people tell me that I am a good PLD so you can kiss my @$$ for trying to ruin my name. 2nd of all I was about 150 to 200 tnl and was in the middle of finding my replacement when my ISP and the power at my house flicked because of a thunderstorm. My ISP didn't come back of for a half an hour and by that time I had other things planned. I have no idea what Bleeker did or didn't do. But before you go ranting lets take the time to find out what happened.
 
I've known Valec for many many years, even though I just started playing again.. This isn't something he would do, If he DID have to leave he would have a good reason, excuse himself and atleast try to find a replacement real quick before leaving.. I can also confirm about the thunderstorms, they kept me up all day.. As for Bleeker, I dont know him.. Gonna stay out of that part.
 
Especially for Water Crystals. Maybe there were some Fire in there too, but kicking everyone for what was probably 2k in crystals (if that) is pretty pointless.

The "real story" is always found somewhere between the posts. And is generaly closer to the one with the better grammer, and post structure.

Here is how I see it. Valec has stated a good reason for suddenly disappearing, interenet failing and all. As for the party I cant see what was going on but asking a backup tank not to voke is absurd. As long as he keeps up with you and doesnt make MORE hate than you it should be fine.

What if you do die? where is the mob going to go? to the mages or DD of course, unless someone has been keeping up with hate. Besides if the mob turns for a second and hits a couple shadows whats the real harm? some mp saved, oh noes. PLD's can stack hate ALL they want because that was what they were made to do but SHOULD they?

It's better to keep hate than to just massively stack it. Keep it just above the other party members but low enough so that they can bail you out of trouble.

Bleeker on the other was completely out of hand. We'd rather have you see this so you can at least learn your mistakes:

1st: you should have at least warned your party that you had to leave, generally 30 minutes is a good time frame but sometimes things happen and people have to leave fast. At least explaing that to your party. It is not always easy to find the right jobs for a party so just ditching them for some crystals was completely rude. I have been in parties that have lasted 18 hours and I still warned them when I was going to leave.

2nd: Disbanded for crystals? hmm like 5 crystals can nab you 1k omg!!1one. This is a tactic used for a lot of theives in the game for when a rare item drops on an HNM. Blatently admiting it to the server is a sure fire way to get yourself into a HNM/God ls.

3rd: As I said earlier I would rather have someone who's being flamed post in reply, so that way we can see the whole story and not just a single biased view. What you posted was completely useless and proved that you just wanted to spite the party.

Hopefully you can at least improve your attitude, we arent all immediatley going to be on one side just because they posted a flame :\

Note to self: If I ever find myself in a party were Bleeker is leader, make sure not to have signet.... don't wanna be kicked.... :roll:
 
I am so confused with this convo...first he says everyone is lvl 14ish. last i checked pugils in dunes were like 16-18 unless you have a PL. At this level why was a NIN/WAR tanking exactly? i mean there are no shadows...and also why was a NIN/WAR doing better than a damn PLD at tanking with no shadows?

Could we get some sort of background info?
 
I am not here to flame, but Shadows come at 12 for a NIN/WAR, is it was WAR/NIN then there would be no shadows...
