If you haven't noticed, the Valentione's Event has started. It's pretty easy this time. Here's a basic walkthrough to get the NQ item...
) Talk to a moogle to start the quest
) Run around town and find the four Valentione Single people that match your gender (Wide Scan helps to find them)
) Talk to each. They give you 2 heart piece halves. One is rare/ex and one isn't. They also tell you the race they want to hook up with.
) After talking to all four, you need to trade your non rare/ex pieces with people of the opposite gender for their non rare/ex pieces that match what your ladies wanted. So if you're mithra and you talked to the female taru and she wants a hume male boyfriend, you need to get a hume male heart half from a male player (NOT an npc).
) Trade your rare/ex and the matching non rare/ex to the moogle to get a whole heart.
) Give the heart to the person you first talked to (the female taru in my previous example).
) After doing that for all four people, talk to the moogle and get your reward.
) MOON PRISM HEART ATTACK!
EDIT:
) Do the same thing in all three cities for the +1 version.
