This isn't really going to pacify anyone. Nobody's talking about it? Then, why don't YOU talk about it? Nobody wants to bring it up? YOU bring it up. Don't be scared to, and don't be cowed into shared silence. I doubt that there's any genuine danger that you'll be reprimanded for simply talking about this situation, no matter whose ego you bruise. This has gone on too long, and the fact that your friends seem to have forgotten about it means nothing to how everyone else sees it.

I just can't make myself believe that for every member of Valkyrs, when they come to QCDN to read the newest posts, that it's easy in any way to ignore the glaring name of this thread in bold, STILL with new posts ... weeks later. I mean, everyone within the linkshell that comes here at all has to know what it means by now. If it's truly the case that nobody's eyes linger over this thread, with the ever-increasing post count, then we have the metaphorical elephant in the living room that nobody wants to talk about.

If you're in Valkyrs, and you can agree that it would be for the best to just get this worked out, don't take everyone else's cowed (or perhaps just apathetic) silence for granted. Mention it YOURSELF. Force your members to pay attention to it. This thread just won't seem to die, no matter how hard some have tried to bury it through sheer pretending that it doesn't exist.

It's not burning as fiercely as it was, true, but it's still glowing red, and it'll keep like that.


So, nobody's talking about it? YOU talk about it. It'll only take one of you to ignite a real discussion.

do you really think they care about this QCDN thread? 99% of the members of the respectable end-game LS's (valkyrs, kaizen, JDA, etc.) don't post on qcdn, because QCDN is a cesspool for drama and stories that most of the hardcore FFXI quetz players really don't give a shit about :)

i read BG forums *much* more than QCDN for information/social chat, the only real reason I use QCDN is for the Auction House section, which is actually useful

the flameboards are just hilarious, especially this one because you seem to think you're going to get an apology 'eventually, if we keep bumping the thread to the top or sticky it'

Dont compare your unprincipled ls to Kaizen or JDA, there way above you, dont think your a respectable end game ls either, more like a sky ls that has been around for a while.

what I'm trying to tell you is, what you think 'should' happen, will NEVER happen

but your life would be incomplete without the Flameboard (not unlike many others here), so this thread is very important to the likes of you

I'm not talking about a ls member stealing outside of his leaderships watch, this was the fucking LEADER of a ls, the supposed role model, the person who shows what his or her ls is all about. Its all politics, if the president's Secret service gets head and ppl find out no one cares, if the president gets caught with actions of question he almost gets impeached. Vill is a leader of a well known ls hes in the spot light, he represents Valkyrs. Does valkyrs condone of this behavior? i bet if it was anyone else who did this they would of been kicked from the ls. am i wrong? If valkyrs has a code of rules, im pretty sure stealing is one of the rules that shouldnt be broken, so what Vill is telling all the ppl of QCDN by not responding, is that he is above his own ls rules and can do whatever the fuck he wants cause hes the ls leader.

actually this is not true, a ton of people from all of those LS post here. it's just you don't see these LS flamed, and when they are flamed you don't see them either doing a or b:

because it has no effect on the end game community. really, it doesn't. no one on this server besides yoshindor and maybe a few members of TB think any less of valkyrs because of this, and it's a totally undiscussed issue off of these boards. let this die, it's become a derail with no purpose.

Yeah this thread is pretty much done, it is however the brick wall to any complaints they might have in the future reguarding similar circumstances.
 
well.. i guess.. i am respected on quetz.. good friend to many.. and well.. i dont give a damn about this thread really.. could say im being an ass or whatever you may.. but when i log on. qcdn flameboard does nothing to change the way i conduct myself in quetz. and even maybe more harsh to you.. blaze is a friend of mine. and ill still say hi to his arse. but i will be real. i do not care 1 bit about this.. sorry.. thats prolly what alot of the other members believe.. tho i think maybe 1-2 wants to post and are scared.. i agree what happened may be wrong.. and we have dirt now on our ls ; ; but.. in no way is this our new swagger.. we dont walk around as "Valk the stealers!" we work hard.. work together.. the leadership is in no question one of the best i have been under.. and i have been everywhere.. for what happened all i can give you bloodhounds is a "im sorry" other then that i dont care. not trying to tell you guys quit this.. you guys need it.. no one is coming to answer you tho... this post might be closest you get with an "im sorry".. have fun :p
