has anyone ever played the RP game Vampire: The Dark Ages or Vampire: The Masqerade?

Have played it on PC, not as rl rp.
I've played on occasion; ST'ed one game. (New York by Night.)
Don't know how popular WW is with the traditional high-fantasy crowd though.
I also play: D&D, Mage: the Ascension, Aberrant, Nobilis: Sovereign Powers, and Alternity.
D&D and V:tM most common, but I have to say Nobilis is my favorite setting.

yeah, i've only played D&D and VtM. The most recent being VtM...but as of late we haven't played much. We're not the people that get all "into" character and dress up like them and speak like them and such...actually we're probably the worst because we get soooo distracted at times...it kinda gets annoying when you just feel like playing.
Haha... God no. If you're talking about LARP (live-action), then no, I've never done it before... I hear they're crazy. And not just in Vampire (Mind's Eye Theatre), but also in D&D. I can barely imagine the others.
There's supposed to be one nearby in my college campus though...
