Check it out.

Some highlights:

- Just about a quarter of the total server population has a main job 50 or higher
- WAR is still the most popular job, and SMN the least (ZERO POINT FIVE ONE PERCENT BABY)
- Taru males now make up more of the population than Hume males. Galka and Elvaan female still have very few players.
- Female characters opt for the small-size model, males (aside from Taru) the large.
- More Galka play Monk than any other class
- Most LS's only have 1-20 people on them at any given time
- Favorite job classes for Beastmen:
Orc: Warrior
Quadav: (tie) Warrior/Black Mage
Yagudo: Monk
Gigas: Ranger
Goblins/Moblins: Thief
Sahagin: Dragoon
Tonberry: Thief
Antica: Black Mage

- Crystals are some of the biggest sellers in the 3 towns, but Zinc Ore sells the most in Bastok and Shihei is the #1 Jeuno product.
- The craft with the most 90+ members isn't Cooking or Fishing - it's Bonecraft. And the one with the least isn't Goldsmithing - it's Clothcraft.

Overall, cool stuff.

I noticed a few things that struck me as odd. The male avatars tended to be more on the destructive side of things. There were more Rangers and higher DD jobs (non-mage) on the male side than on the female side. There were relatively few DD compared to others in the Taru section...looks like the Taru=Mage adage is correct.

Some things that I dont agree with... Some of this HAS to be BS. Either that, or things are VASTLY different on our server than others. There are a HUGE amount of people 70+. More than 10% I would guess. Are they just considering NA or what?

All in all though it was a good read, entertaining for a good 10 minutes.

yea i agree, found out some pretty kool stuff. Like how i need to get back to crafting and such ><, and how the world is going to be taken over by destructive male taru's who love being Blms

You can increase the 70+ percentage quite a bit if you ignore the lvl 1 mules that make up 41.49% and rule out the 38.94% of lvl 2-10 who are also probably mainly mules.

One thing I found interesting: only 5.4% of the population has apprentice rank in fishing (which is where I am right now). Makes me feel better about market competition when I get up a few more levels.

The bonecraft statistic surprised me. I figured cooking (or possibly clothcraft) would have more 90+ members.

Hmm, Mithra face 6 is 34.66%...I wonder which it could be.

I'm seriously seriously thinking of making one of these as my mule and naming it "Everyothermithra" or something along those lines

Edit: How about Mostcommondenominator although that is probably too long

moogle would rule the world

actually, taru wouldnt rule the world becuz Moogle will.

For every char, there is a moogle in ur mog house therefore there is more moogle than any other race and even all the race combine if u count nomad moogles.

then while we all go up to 75 and kill all these HNMs, moogle just watch and laugh cuz if we piss them off, they can change us to our lv 1 job and own us.

Tarutaru F. Dragoon 0.12%....

And I know one of them

As far as moogles go, moogles are the devil. They appear innocent and friendly but when the day comes they open those squity eyes you'll see the gateways to hell.

I believe the first time moogles appeared in FF they were a random encounter battle...
