VanaGuide sigs are pretty neat.

Anyone else having a problem where after a few hours you hear a *dun* Windows error noise, later come out to game to find it has lost connection w/their server & thus stopped recording your info? Happened to me twice so far.

My main reason to come and visit your forum though is because I thought I'd unfortunately say commiserations to Amnathyr. I'm afraid your background wasn't chosen as a possible contender to win the competition.

We actually really liked the background, but, as the advice says on our competition page, the focal point of the background should be in the middle. Unfortunately, yours is at the right and would therefore be covered up by text, making it unusable. You're free to resubmit it though if you can put the character in the middle of the signature background and still make it look good.

You have a few backgrounds with the focal point all the way to the right. I don't see what the difference is....

There is currently only one background on offer where the focal point is at the very far right and it will be removed once the competition is over.

But, overall, all of the action should be in the centre. There's no point in having all of it in the left or right side because the text will go on top of it anyway.

If you are "Emisl", then your backgrounds are still not being recieved properly. If you still want to submit them, email me them directly at "neil AT vanaguide.com" and I'll review them. But you'll have to wait until next week to find out if you've won!

An easy work around for that would just to include "LS" automatically after the Linkshell Name when that option is chosen, much like the added "g" on the gil value.

But, I'm sure you know that.
 
I love it so far. Really great find Cubs. I especially like that I can finally show my cooking level. I couldn't ever do that before.

They do that to some, I had to change it from the dragon which I liked more!

PS: It says on their forums that people abusing the Linkshell field for gil representation will be "punished".

the only solution to this is to make it so unbelivably high that it -has- to be made up!
