Yes, I am thinking about quitting.

Today I just got kick off to another HNM LS.

I can never made it to LS event like sky or HNM, I'm tight on RL schedule, family own Business, so I get call to help them out randomly, most NA HNM LS do sky around 5-7PM EST which is my peak hours, those are the time, I will be working, and usually at 12PM-2PM EST too. so basicly, i'm not gonna spend my rest of ffxi left in crafting, and exp, I know some of you don't know me, and some of dislike me and want me to quit, and some of you careless about me

so far atm, I'll be quitting soon, and stuff will die with me, so don't ask about me giving you free stuff.

if you guys have a HNM LS that Doesn't have Manitory Bull shit about ground HNM and have sky around 9-10PM EST, it'll be nice and I will change my mind and stay longer. but so far I'm can't find one.

I won't tell anyone when I'll be quitting, and when I do 1 day, Take good care of yourself, to my friends, and my close friend.

First to say farewell to another QCDN member. Same thing happened to me with RL stuff,but now I only play on weekends. Kinda sucks but its enjoyable. Sad to see you go.

I may or may not quit, I may just like you, play on weekend, this is a game for use for you not to be not bored and entertain us, but people especially NA taking it too serilously, like is their life, Doing Sky is really more important then their family, and their real life issue, and doing LS event is like more important then like a member of your family pass away (for example)

Thats one of the main reasons I don't join an end game shell myself. Can't dedicate myself because of my job but I usually find a good social linkshell too join and have a ball with them. I have tried quitting several times myself only too find myself right back. Good luck with whatever you do.
 
Dammit Vandy if you think about Quitting or switching to another server, I'll go with you. If you quit, then fuck it. I'll quit too. We can get SWAT 4 like we discussed.
 
HNMLS don't really have control of their own timings as you well know, Serkets window can open 3 hours earlier every day moving it out of your time slot and no reasonable HNM shell leader would kick you for missing HNM spawns that are outside your attendance window.

Sky is it's own matter, 5-7 EST is an unrealistic time for a lot of god shells purely because 5 pm est is 4 pm cst and 2 pm pst. how many people are done work or classes at 2 pm? most people don't get out of work till 3:30, 4 PM and that screws half the people out of attendance. most HNM shells start at 7 or 8 EST for that reason.

I think, what you have to consider is how important are gods and HNM to you. There is lots of fun stuff you can do in 2-3 hours a day, tons of quests and NM's to kill and even HNM windows will move into your peak hours now and then. mayhaps it would be best to find yourself a fun cool little social shell with 5+ friends that are of HNM level that want the same thing, enough to do most smaller HNM like NQ behemoth or the gil HNM's without the hassle of strict organization, i know my social ls has 6+ 75 people and they tackle Ank and a few other interesting NM's all the time, they do quests, level jobs together.
After all, i think 90% of the people who play FFXI at any time, but only maybe 5% of those people could quit the people they play with, the community and their friends with any ease. could i quit FFXI? i've killed the gods a hundred times, i've landed a killing blow on all of them, i've fought HNM, most all the ones i ever wanted to, I'm pretty much done with FFXI.... I just haven't quit the people i enjoy playing with.
 
If we do migrate then we'll be doing EVERYTHING all over again. lol But maybe this time we'll have more fun doing it. Cause we're fresh, we're together, and even as low levels, we kick ass at heart...

If you do I understand, but instead, why not start an LS on this server? You'e already decently "seasoned" on this server. Why start over?
 
HNMLS's are going to have similar rules on any server.

HNM Shells are really for the harder core players. If you can't put in a lot of time then you'll struggle to get much back. There are lot's of other things to get involved with in the game though. HNMs certainly aren't everything...
 
Just because you got more time doesn't make you more hardcore. :/ Some people on this server got a job or a family (not talking about myself). It just means they happen to have more time to play the game. Not everyone is a 12-15 year old person playing this game who live off rich parents that can hand them a credit card to buy $100 worth of gil when they want.
 
Well, this would happy if 2 LS already kick me out for Real life stress, this wouldn't happen if the 2 LS didn't kick me out. I can help and do hnm and sky when i'm free, but I just can't at my time.. i'm not deicated player, so give someone a choice...

THis game should call "Final Fantasy XI: The World of the Asshole"

Way to generalize all people who are active in endgame as immature teenage gil buyers.

More like desprately want to get end game stuff and make some stupid rules only NA do

Sky + HNM just a game and kill time for is, I don't know why you treat it like your life depend on it.

Bajaratt why did your pearlsack or leader kick me? I know I have not yet do anything yet, well I did camp KB with you guys, but I will come to do stuff if I have the god damn time. I know I didn't do much, but i'm not getting anything out of the LS. Kicking me just showed me you don't like me, thats all, not cuz I don't do stuff, a true friend or friend will let a perosn stay, and understand the work is mroe important then game.

Like I said, People are bunch of asshole in here, only like 1 in 10 person in ffxi are truely good gamer
 
hey hey, we can always do dynasmis(sp) thats is a 1-2 hour thing there, and its pretty fun. anyways dnt quit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
