Maybe it's just me, but I'm not willing to pay out almost 2 mil more just to squeeze 2 INT in. I also believe Sanoske had a comma between +1 gear, and elemental staves, look it up yourself please.Because all I AM missing are the Earth and Water staves, and I'll probably sell my Wind because, well, all I ever use in EXP parties are Ice, Thunder and an occasional Fire spell depending on the mobs we're fighting. At one point, though, (levels 20-late 40's or so), all my gear was HQ, so maybe that's what he was referring to, I don't know... just though I would go back and clear all that up.

I just cant figure something out though Vang, why is it that everyone who disagrees with you or thinks that Telling random ppl you have no interest in PTing with and who are 4 zones or so away minding their own business that they suck at life, why is it that you Automatically think that those people who dont think thats a good idea are "gimp scrub losers"? I've seen that alot, where 1 person will automatically assume that anyone who disagrees with them on anything is a n00b and "fails @ life" etc. i just cant understand the mentality of it. Oh and vang, in terms of Accy vs Agil for a ranger:
Agil sets the cap for how much ranged accy you can achieve total, just like str sets the limit on total damage. So your ranged Accy + total can never exceed that allowed by your maximum modified agility. Now, this affects a ranger how? in the same way it affects a melle in terms of str vs attk.
In the lower lvls, take what you can get, accy and agil are hard to come by so any and all are needed, but the best bet when there are 2 choices for 1 slot is to go with +accy at low lvls, because you are Nowhere near Maximum attainable Accuracy at that lvl. Now, as you push upwards into the range of 65-75ish, youll find that with all the fantastic gear, all the cool choices, you may very well end up at total +raccy of 90-100 or more, and maybe your agil doesnt allow you to benefit from that all. so in that lvl range, there may be a larger concern with Agil than raccy, and also (definately) str at that lvl, as youll be hitting damage cap regularly on even XP mobs. So, in terms of accuracy, for a ranger, when considering all the peacock charms, the optical hat, etc, there is No more useful accy bump item than seiryus kote, Agil+15 and raccy +10, BUT.
Thats at lvl 75, at lvl 55 or so youre nowhere near your allowed accy limit man, +agil wont help more than +accy. period, its just hard numbers. Take off the hairpin, on behalf of all the rangers i know, for gods sake put some DEFENSE on your head man, if your any kind of ranger at all you Have to be getting hit and with your head naked its gotta suck for mp. evade +10? /no, not at the cost of def 20 or so at that lvl from a raptor helm, or something similar. You will have noticed that FFXI is a Social Game in which not only equipment and Skill Counts. If you are a great Player, with Good Equipment and act like an Ass, I still do not wish to have you in my Party.
Sadly, I can not Blacklist you, because I have left the Game a while ago, because of Players like YOU, who fail to see the Fact that Cooperation does not end in knowing your Job, but in Providing a Fun and Enjoyable Experience to all. You may not have directly said what I accuse you of, but your Posts clearly show your Intentions.
