I don't see what the big deal is always. I seem to get along fine with Vang. I don't see him being the type to be all fake nice. He's a good guy and even HE makes mistakes (ahem...cape Terrigan...*cough* flee*). But I've partied with him two or three times and its fun every one of those times. I could say, just don't get on his bad side...but then again... do you really want to be on ANYONE'S bad side?

Lol please do retire MNKs DRGs WARs DRKs and SAMs for a month, that way us NINs THFs RNGs BRDs and Mages can get the faster xp we deserve and not have to sift through all the garbage to find yet another let down melee party member. :wink:

From the time i knew Vang, all i could say is he is a real person. Talks what he wants to talk about and not afraid to. Maybe a lot of people could learn from him.

As for flame, yea Vang will own you.

I don't know what's worse, the lack of any pointed flame in the OP or the ass-kissing that abounds following.

What, Vang has the ability to reach through your computer screen and throttle ya? Or is it that his words have some sort of enchantment that allow him to reduce an average man to tears? I mean come the fuck ON..he's alright - even stood up for me once to someone that I find 10x as arrogant with half the intellect - but this idol worship makes my toes curl. And not in the good way.

This is almost as annoying as the JP culture/playing ability worship - almost.

Vang does not have a Godly IQ, otherworldly vocabulary, or anything else godly. He's just good at making points and stays pretty consistent in his views.

Then again..maybe his ass smells like roses..I dunno..Ya'll tell me :roll:

Vang doesn't have anything I want except that baby boy of his. What a cutie!!! I'd take that lil guy in a heartbeat.

Seriously though, Vang and I (along with a lot of other people at qcdn I'm sure) have definitely had our moments in the past, and while I don't always agree with everything he says I do like him and respect his views (as I do most of the people on the boards). But there are some things he says I've learned just to agree to disagree with him, and leave it at that.

Only real thing I can think of off the top of my head he truly sucks at is he can't make a damn pork chop worth a crap without either dryin' it out or burnin' it :lol: .
 
Vang said I was a good PLD once, that's enough to keep me in the game for a little while longer :D
