A lot of players have left because of unfinished content, but the new SoE buyout is rumored to be taking place soon, which will give them money and larger coding teams to work with. Hopefully they keep sigil employees onboard for creative purposes.

If they stay true to form they'll make the game game awesome for about 5 months before they completely and utterly destroy it with ridiculous expansions/drastic changes to gameplay.

Get ready for what you said above this quoted post to go down. That'll be the last Sigil made gameplay patch for the game. All of Sigil was canned from the project last month. Most of the company completely fired. Director was sent to head a new game and one guy is being kept as an advisor. The advisor will be like the guy they kept in SWG and The Matrix... Just a forum walker sent to keep the peace for SOE with no creative input, sadly. There is the offchance they have learned from their mistakes though. SWG's subscription numbers plummeted and the already failing Matrix's updates failed to achieve their subscription rate goals. So if they're wise, they have already learned how to NOT treat a game you didn't make and newly acquired.
