vBulletin Database Question

I think I'm going to have to restore my database, because a segment has corrupted and seemingly can't be repaired, specifically "picture", and it's causing a myriad of problems. I was just wondering if it's possible to restore a database without losing everything that's on it. I made a backup of the database minus the corrupted table. I'd prefer not to have to reinstall vBulletin and the accessories from scratch. Can I just reset that single table to factory settings, for lack of a better description? That would be even better. I ran a diagnostic in both mysql and the admincp and they both show only one flawed database table. I'll post the error reports for the hell of it. I have nothing to lose at this point. I'm more likely to get help here than any of the support forums because QCDN actually has members that don't ignore me.
