I don't get too party with you, Devi or been on any missions either. I remember only that one time we tried too level together and it did not work out but we pretty much said "Hi" too each other every time we pass by. You always seemed like a cool person. I think the flameboards just got you down. Might want too stay away from them for awhile. Not everyone posts on those and just about every asshole is going too stop by there too say something too get you worked up. I think you misunderstood what Yanzi was saying. He did not say quit the game but quit the mission itself. I do that alot myself cause its the whole atmosphere of the flameboard. Yeah, I agree with you that alot of people in the game are jerks that only care about getting too level 75 and will step on anyone too get there. But not all people are like that. I hope my post helped you out.

LoL I should stay away from the flame board....it angries up the blood. like a good sasperilla. /sigh. I'm not going anyway, I just gave my self a catsacn with some tinfoil and space heater...I have a tumor shaped like a taru in my brain....; ; i wont ever quit.
 
there was no yes..... I choise maybe because i do care..... Hell lots of people would. I think about it too since well. all i got are 3 or so friends who are usually on. But if you want to quit its up to you your choice but i would notice and care.

Devi check the event section. Might interest you a bit.

Most of the people not fortunate in having a big, experienced and organised LS has no other choice but to rely in pick up groups. Some people (like me) doesn't like to join big LS, or even further will not have the option nor chance to join such LSs. This is because of the different aspects and views they have in the game they are playing. While the vast majority would want to enjoy the game in different aproach being casual, playing with many people and have fun the selection of people who dreams about being the best of the best tackling new mobs and challenges "With their friends alone" will join the HNMLS. Often not, those people who joined in the HNMLS ended up being in my black list, and those were who once I called them "friends".

I have been in both ends, although different games the "end game" for each people are different. Some people likes to hang around with friends, doing miscelaneous things. The important thing for them is the "Have fun with friends in what ever they are doing". There are some people who wants to be with friend but want to push little further, getting uber gears and seeking challenge. Those people I categorise as "Want to be the Best with their friends". Sorry people, most of the 2nd category people wants to put them into the hirachy of uberness. They are less patient towards new commers and new players and sometimes they show their superiority towards us, like stating such and such missions are "Easy". Consider this, if you are playing in a pickup group even if you are uber leet, you won't say the same thing.

For I, devi no I really do not wish for you to leave. But really thats up for you to decide. I bet you came here for some sort of guidance. Many times I have wanted to quit FFXI. Reason was many... my time zone I lived, the unable to do certain things with the friends outside my timezone. People going ahead of me for missions, items, LSs. Disbanding LS, betrayed from once called friend. I experienced nearly all of these. But I had someone, a real life friend who also stood by me. On the collapse of my first LS, we wandered around together, and found something enjoyable together. Many times I was exping with my friend alone during my pld years (1year ago).

Now that I have alot of high level jobs, the possibilities expanded a bit. I have traveled through the Zilart mission 5 the ifrit cauldron with myself and my friend alone. We died 5 times in total but we have in the end reached to our target and obtained what we wanted. I have gone through most of my and his AF tours with us to alone. Since we knew, not many people were online to help us, let alone friends. So many good friends I knew have left the game, or become unknown. I have less and less friends every month. I think right now I got about 5 friends left over all online.

As long as I have a trusting friend (currently got 3~4) I will keep playing since I find myself enjoying being and playing with them.
 
This was a few weeks ago, I know I'm not going to quit, since I have met some really nice people. I hope you all let this die, although the Sneaky/SERB thing made me want to leave the game for a few minutes...

You just watched it happen. I was in it. I have no plans on going anywhere.

Whatever was said in PMs is not conclusive. It just is what it is.
And when I see you bring it up here and in at least 2 other threads besides the now locked original thread, I have to believe you are taking it too seriously. As I said, I was actually involved in it...And it's over. I want to go home now and play. Don't blame me and other idiots for you wanting to leave. That's just fucking ridiculous.

I'm sure it's a lot of things, maybe this being one of them, but you brought it up...AGAIN. :x

Really someone please lock this! It's over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was over a week ago! And the only reason I brought up the Sneaky/SERB thing, is cause it was on my mind, and had happened like 10 minutes before I wrote that post.
