If you're not creaming yourself for one of those, you're a crappy nin. There was even a big discussion on how it'll probably become the best off-hand katana in the game, so that's just sheer ignorance.
 
So lets get this straight... Now anyone who ever exps in Dunes can always set their HP in dunes instead of getting their pty to wait on a raise. Supply run to dunes OP, set HP around there, and then whenever you're done at the Dunes, you can OP warp back to your home nation, and warp back to White gate at anytime, instead of sitting around waiting for two boats :D

Yeah, I might actually set my HP there again, haven't done that since my first few trips through the dunes.
 
Maybe make a new thread for the Data mining, scrolling through all these pages of this thread covering two topics is annoying

Meater/blau both have comparable DMG ratings to the top rated weapons in their class, this one drops significantly lower.

Either way if it ends up fake or not, I want more info on the new mission, hopefully it's a difficult one or lengthy one if they're only adding a single new one.

Yep.

It's utter ass, I'm pretty sure I debunked it's usefulness in the thread about it, and I'm not even a ninja.

The huge damage drop will hurt DoT more than the attack and accuracy increase will help.

Compare it to Unji and unsho, it has even lower delay than those 2, and it's really scary when you can weild a kantan with such a low delay and bonus stat on it. The dmg/delay ratio is really high on these. (Tho the dmg/delay ratio doesn't mean much really, but it's a nice reference) And Nin's attack is kinda low when you are pushing for haste and other stats during meeleeing, so 16 atk can be really huge.

I am a newbie ninja =) but all of the best weapon combo for thf and war includes maneater and blau. Therefore I suppose this would be a huge thing for ninja.

I'm not ready to rule it out yet, i'm just hoping every NIN dumps their Unji so I can pick one up again since I just sold mine in anticipation.

If it compares to Senj/unji it will probably worth it, if it isn't as good senj/fud whats the point lol.

Well, the way I see it, I wouldn't drop 6-7 weapon damage for some bonus attributes.

Like I said in the other thread, even the nearly mirrored ratio'd Destroyers trump Wagh's simply from the critical rate up.

6-7 weapon damage is huge when you're swinging around sub40 damage weapons.

U/U have +12 Jin mods on them, which is what makes them so lethal.

Well, it has hopes to be one of the best katanas out there, especially off hand. When under 100% TP it has the same base damage as Unji and 1 more than Unsho. The 5 acc and 14-15 attack makes it gold as off-hand too. If this is all its made out to be expect to see Unsho prices fall to nothing (seeing that Unji > Unsho).
