FINAL FANTASY XI

maybe we'll finally get some more missions

Or maybe they'll just fix more campaign stuff.

how about them mobs in grauberg S not showing to fight after we get a fortification down?

last night only crimson and an elite guard showed up and got raped by the npcs >_>;

not that i'm saying that its ok for there to not be winning but at least turn the campaign music off so people aren't waiting hours for no show mobs that appear once every 2hrs...

Yeah, I remember before pre-campaign's first patch, I waited only 15-20 mins at most for mobs to show up, mind you, there are horror stories of them taking much longer, and then SE fixed the NPCs showing up quicker or something.

Today, while in west saru S campaign, I waited around 40 mins, got sick of waiting so gave up to look for the poroggos again, came back there again about 5-10 mins later and still nothing with the music playing.

Or maybe they will address all these jacked accounts with a really botched attempt to secure POL.

That requires too much common sense for them...

Yeah, I took a tele-altep and the choco NPC wasnt' up to get a choco, re-logged and fixed it. Then at tele-mea the NPC was up but chocobo wasn't.

This happens to me occasionally. The NPC just doesn't load.

How about this... ADDING THE XMAS CONTENT!!! as well as all that campaign stuff. You know what really sucks is having total domination of your nation's region will suck because you can't do the Smokescreen I and II campaign ops. so it's better to be 5/6 so you have access to all campaign ops missions.

I thought they added all the christmas/new years content with the WotG update, just hidden until they unlock it at the event start?

The content is already there, and when they added it, they accidently unlocked the quest so you could do it and get the reward then.

After they realized, the locked the quest and told everyone that did it to drop the reward for it.

This is maintenance, not an update. SE, as always, announces what event or major update is in store. This is just to fix any major problems going on inside ffxi and SE will state why such a maintence was done after servers are up.

Oh, but they did.

Version Updates aren't always New Content updates though. Everytime they fix something that ends up needing a software change, no matter how small, it's a version update as well.
