Having the usual day of patch update troubles too. Managed to connect ok, got about 5% d/l'ed then got the lovely pol-1160. Exited/restarted POL, got anoter 3%, then 1160 again. XD Now I can't connect for jack. Bah, just now I got to the checking files screen, got a couple 1161's, now it's stuck at 25% on the checking screen. I wanted to get this update before I check out of the hotel in about.....20 minutes. :? Ah well, hopefully the Seattle IAP has a wireless hub somewhere, got a 2 hour layover there.
BTW I saw a (graph) chart of the new EXP system at playonline.com. It looks like you still need the same exp to get to 60 and to 75, but they did lower the exp requirement for 51 from 10k to 8k, so I might be reading it wrong. It's definately smoothed out though. No insane jumps from 51-55 then the exact same amount for 56-61.
