Or you could have a programmed set of choreographed movements that set it dormant for a moment so you can get out of it's POV.

He could also program it to notice certain colors or sets of colors that would be an identifier for a target or not. He wasn't concerned with that for this project though, but he might improve on his design later.

A RF system built into the uniform, can allow it to ID friend and Foe; a complex system would allow updating security codes in the RF units as well.
