Video's on the PSP.

Anyone know how to encode videos for the PSP without buying that software they say you can use on thier website?

Or, anyone have a pirated version of the software?

PSP Video 9 is the program I use for converting/managing my videos. It's got plenty of options for the compression rate. I can fit three or four full-length movies (about 6 hours) on a 1 GB card with few problems.

I've been tempted to buy an external drive just to store all the movies I've converted.

Hey Hal, fantastic find. I am going to get a 1 GIG memory module this week, and hopefully will get to play with the app soon.

What are some options for external storage? I have USB drive bays, but have not tried to mount them yet. If that was the case, I could keep them all on there and swap them out between layovers when I travel. 8)
